A more soulless hotel experience it is hard to imagine, but if all you want is an ample room in a central location, this might not be a bad option. Be clear: this is a self-service check-in/out hotel, and the strong smell of cleaning detergents was the closest I got to meeting anyone employed by the hotel. It's a strangely desolate experience, with decor attempting minimalism but just feeling like a part-dismantled and neglected film set. In fact, there was nothing exactly 'wrong' with it: but it makes me shudder just thinking of it.

Ottima posizione centrale. Purtroppo il servizio è scarso, non c'era nessuno al nostro arrivo, né abbiamo visto qualcuno in reception durante il nostro soggiorno ed altrettanto al check-out. Rapporto prezzo-qualità basso considerando che non avevamo il servizio di cambio asciugamani giornaliero. In generale, però, la camera era pulita e in ordine.

酒店是全自助形式,由入住到離開是不會看到任何職員。 酒店位置近地鐵站,交通方便。亦有餐廳,自助洗衣店在附近。 房間整潔,有微波爐和雪櫃。

The room was spacious and the bed was really large and comfy. Great selection of tv channels available. The staff when contacted were really helpful and organised. Location was okay. A very quiet area which was great but it’s about a 20 minute walk from the centre. There is a tube directly opposite the hotel though and it was very cheap to use. The luggage individual rooms were genius

Please please always do inventory with them when you arrive because I did pay 500 euro for a hole I found in the kitchen wall when I arrived and the answer they are given to me that you should have told us. Svp svp toujours faire un constat des lieu car j I du payer 500 euro pour un trou que je n ai pas fais juste par ce que nous n avions pas fait l etat des lieu quand je suis arrive.

Although we got a message that we needed to pay taxes upfront, in the end there was someone available for our check-in. The hotel and rooms were nice as such, but there was a lot of streetnoise, as the hotel is situated on a busy main street. If that doesn't bother you, it is a very nice place, although there is no breakfast service during the weekend.

I booked a 1 bedroom apartment for myself and son, the idea being that he would sleep in the lounge on the extra bed that had been requested. When we arrived our code for the key box didn’t work and it took an hour to get through to the emergency weekend phone number for the correct code. The room was a studio with a bed, sofa, chair and kitchen area not the 1 bedroom apartment booked and shown on the website. The bathroom had a smoked glass door and you could see the whole of the apartment through it and of course whoever was in the bathroom if you put the light on. All in all the apartment was definitely not what I booked or expected after lots of communication advising that it was a mother travelling with adult son. If they had been honest I would have booked the 2 bedroom apartment. Have they been helpful dealing with my complaint? Of course not their answer is ‘we are sorry you don’t like the lay out of the apartment!’

Booked the family apartment for myself, my husband and 3 year old son. We were amazed by the size of it and the bed is huge! We were provided with rituals shower gel and hand wash which smelt amazing. The check was not as smooth as the code was incorrect but with a quick call the lady on the phone helped us quickly. The apartment was nice and clean and in great condition, even has 2 TVs with English channels. The downside to this apartment is the fact there is no interior lock on the door. My son being only 3 has opened the door and ran down the corridor, which is really unsafe and could end up outside. I would just ask the owners to put an interior lock on the door so this doesn’t happen as it it worrying when we sleep, especially as our child has different needs to most 3 year olds. We were given some toilet rolls etc. We asked the cleaners if we could have some more and they said we had to go to reception (which is pretty far away as seen as this is a self check in apartment block). Maybe this is down to us but it would have been nice if we could get toilet roll/new towels. Overall the apartment was lovely and we would love to stay again, just some minor changes would help 😀

lived in this hotel for 3 days, had a problem with the shower which caused water to run into the bedroom (which was of no fault of our own), and contacted the property manager ASAP. The manager then came up to our room, blamed me and my boyfriend, and then asked us to clean up the mess in which we obliged. All of this was caused by an issue in the corner of the shower door which was there when we arrived. Once we checked out, we were charged 250euros for room damage. I have video evidence of the condition of the shower and sent emails to the hotel. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, does not respond to concerns. Please find a better accommodation that cares more about their customers

Our colleague indicated in her report that a good part of the space was completely flooded, so she invited you to assist her. Following this incident, we checked the shower and did not find any defects that could have caused such extensive damage. No merece la pena. No es lo que promete en sus fotos: -baño con moho -bañera en mal estado y sucia -puerta del baño de cristal que estallaba al abrirla -suelo sucio -cama antigua que se hunde al acostarse, no descansamos en toda la estancia -ventana rota y con cinta aislante -muebles roídos Lo más GRAVE: olvidamos una bolsa con una cámara, llamamos al número de urgencia y nos dijeron que nos llamarían. Al día siguiente llamamos al número normal y nos dijeron lo mismo, nos daban largas pero nunca devolvían la llamada para avisarnos de si la habían encontrado. Finalmente volvimos desde suiza y encontramos la cámara en el parking. Nadie nos llamó nunca. Lo bueno: -a 20 min de la grande place -el tamaño del apartamento Resumen: por el mismo precio consigues un hotel en el que estar a gusto.

Appartamento ampio per 3 persone con privacy tra i due vani. Cucina attrezzata di tutto. Bagno grande. Letti comodi. Molto silenzioso nonostante l'affaccio su una via molto trafficata. Parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento ma a cifre concorrenziali che consiglio (attenzione con le auto grandi). Un quarto d'ora a piedi dalla Grand Place. Unico problema, il codice di accesso alla struttura, che non permetteva l'ingresso all'hotel al momento dell'arrivo. È successa la stessa cosa a una coppia di inglesi che abbiamo aiutato un paio di giorni dopo il nostro arrivo e ad un altro cliente il giorno successivo. Il tutto però potrebbe essere dovuto ad una insufficiente chiarezza nella sequenza da digitare sul tastierino esterno.
