Ulasan Jinjiang Inn (Shenzhen Bao'an Airport)

New, and good for a day rest before next morning flight. Walking distance to airport east mrt is around 15 mins. Can take mrt to bao an zhong Xin mrt where there are mall. Breakfast is available from 4am and the spread is sufficient for a good meal before the flight. The hotel provide bus service every hour to shenzhen International Airport. Overall it is a good price package.

The room is small but clean. I arrived at 11am and was very tired and the reception let me checked in early. It was a definitely a big deal to me . The location is near to airport and it has a free shuttle to airport which made it convenient

Super clean, super comfortable. Very friendly help from the staff. Easy to get access to the main places to go. Free shuttle bus to Shenzhen airport T3 terminal. I Will recommend it to my friends and family.

The room and the facilities were complete and spacious. The pickup service was terrible. Although the shuttle was supposed to pick up from the airport every hour, I encountered a no-show and a waste of 40+ min of my time, despite double checking the vehicle number and patrolling the airport pick-up location. (I only saw shuttles for other hotels.) Fortunately, return transport to the airport was provided on the said vehicle. Overall, service was poor because the hotel staff did not even apologize for failing to deliver. It might have been better not to advertise the complimentary pickup service.

Had a 2 hours stay before catch flight in the midnight. No airport transfer from 5pm - 3am. Room is too small for 2 persons, the walkway between bed to tv is less than 90cm 😵💫😵💫 . Don’t trust the photo. Attracted me because it said newly renovated but cleanliness is just normal.. I think that’s a better choice of hotel around airport with the same price.

Affordable price, runs shuttle bus to SZ airport. Not a bad choice if you have a flight there.

看了好多機場附近住宿評論，錦江之星是最靠譜而且專業的。大廳乾淨味道好聞，前台服務熱情，主要是早餐太符合北方人口味了，房間設施很新，雖然離高鐵和機場近，關窗之後隔音效果很好，衞生間是緊湊型但夠用。贊，最在意的是真的沒有任何昆蟲打擾🤙🤙🤙

매우 만족, 적당히 공항 근처 환승 시에 매우 유용함., 주변에 야시장 골목있어서 아주 좋음. 시설 매우 깨끗하고 있을거 다 있음. 공항 픽업 샌딩 가능, 근데 픽업은 시간 장소 맞추기 어렵고 샌딩은 1시간 간격 정시 출발. 지하철 공항 직통 아님, 12 또는 1호선 환승 라인임, 환승 구간 거리 제법 걸리니까, 시간 계산해서 다녀야 함. 바로 옆에 큰 호텔에 가려져서 찾느라 살짝 햇갈릴 수 있음.

設施：設施都很新，很智能。 衞生：很乾凈，房間無異味。 環境：挺好的，不會吵隔音好。 服務：昨天到的很晚，前台接待也很熱情！！

房間及洗手間很大很舒適,衞生都做得不錯，附近食肆都不少方，都很方便買東西，還有酒店有接送車到機場都十分方便

想説説這家，那天是凌晨來的，我前面一個女的等於定錯日期了，他們這個前台一個年紀挺大的女的態度特別不好，就那種特別不耐煩的感覺，我覺得人家定錯了後半夜的你也可以好好給人家説，到我這了我還想着氣氛不太好給人家笑臉相應，那個***也不理我，反正挺不好的，並且感覺服務不好不是一個人的事，第二天吃早餐也是，我沒拿房卡吃完要上樓，看前台一個人也沒，有個女前台在吃飯正好吃完站起來，我就説麻煩幫我刷下電梯吧，她就站那看着我，看了一會她走了沒理我！當時正好廚房有個大叔在那邊，我又給大叔説、大叔幫我刷了下電梯，我想説這是你家店管理的問題 到我退房了、你們態度挺好，給我拿了兩瓶水讓我好評，我也不好意思、我就説等一會兒吧，有點忙，她就站我旁邊説，很快的，五星好評，我也沒要你們的水，也不會給你們好評的 還有房間衞生也不好，房間也很擁擠
