The facility was very old but the stuff was extremely kind who has highly hospitality as a hotel manager

Its eaxactly at the main square. The staff is helpful and everything is accessible.

The manager/reception is very kind and accommodating. We didn’t get the room with the Grand Place view as you have to request for it as you book but definitely a great stay. Almost near to every attractions and a safe place to stay.

This hotel is very well located, right at the Grand Place. Said is very helpful and nice. The room is basic, clean and with comfortable bed, bathroom. No amenities, room safe and Aircon, to note. Very nice stay overall.

The hotel is right on the Grand Place. The Grand Place is very beautiful at night.

Friendly front desk, delicious breakfast

There is no reception. My 72-year-old mother had to call even though she arrived at the stipulated check-in time (2:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.). I had made a special request for it to be an exterior room, not responded to by the hotel, not even to tell me that it would not be possible because it was full or whatever.. The person who answered the phone told my mother that she is on her release day. The room on the 4th floor . Elevator blocked. After a while it worked. Hallway carpet stained. The room is very hot because it is under the ceiling. There was a fan, which was dirty. The hotel entrance is on a street behind the gran place. My mother found a hotel after asking several waiters in the square. Garbage to the door... With all that, my gift had a very bad taste in my mouth because my mother didn't want to stay there and went to rent a room in another hotel, so money was thrown out the window.
