Beautiful historical hotel with nice facilities ( swimming pool, restaurant, piano bar, fitness center) , friendly staff located on downtown Bruges.

good location, most of time out so didn’t use all services like pool and bar (better options close by) so can’t say much about it. clean. breakfast could be better, low below expectations for the price but enough to get along for 2 days. negative aspect was city tax (per person and day), too much in my opinion and for what?…

We had a fab time in Bruges, the hotel was excellent, the staff very helpful & professional. Facilities were brilliant.

I was traveling with my 7-year-old and we stayed in Bruges for several nights. The staff at the hotel warmly welcomed us, and remained incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is clean, quiet and very comfortable with a great swimming pool and gym. The hotel is walking distance to everything you would want to see in the town. Thank you all for making our time in Bruges so wonderful! It's my new favorite city in Europe!

Lovely hotel in great location. Pool was a bonus, as was the piano bar. Didn’t try breakfast, so close to cafes and restaurants it isn’t necessary. Reception staff super helpful. Overall a great place to stay-we’ll be back

Beautiful hotel, very clean and quiet the staff were lovely and it’s literally a few mins walk to some of the most delicious restaurants.

Staff friendly but unhelpful when asked for a cup of tea they told they dont do room service and charged me 4 euros when i unpacked there was a kettle n tea coffee in the wardrobe why didn't they point that out ?

I am a repeat customer and stay in this hotel whenever I am visiting Brugge. It never disapoints.
