Ulasan Holiday Inn Birmingham - Bromsgrove

Good room size with a bit tiny and outdated swimming pool and sauna, whilst breakfast was good at a very nice restaurant with sunshine but dinner is a bit overpriced.

Excellent hotel if you have business in or around Bromsgrove.

Lovely room, but the mattress was very soft. No hot water from bathroom sink. There is a card to say you can order bathroom items but when I asked they didn't have any. Man on reception was quite miserable.

Stayed here for proximity to a friends wedding in Elmey Lovett! Cannot fault the standard of the rooms or the cleanliness , best nights sleep I’ve had in a while! Will be back!

No air conditioning, old windows and furniture, few wallpaper drop off . Breakfast ok , staff nice , swimming pool ok

I didn't even get to stay at this hotel, it was during the heatwave and the hotel seemed to have melted. The electric was cut off so nothing worked and guests had to check out. The staff seemed really stressed and overworked. I'm sure they would have been lovely but just seemed really over worked

酒店環境非常好，一樓有酒吧，酒有很便宜。有收費，洗衣服服務。有熱水壺，迷你吧，下次出差還會考慮繼續入住。

非常滿意的一次住宿，下次有機會還光顧。

holiday inn，小鎮上的選擇比較少，中規中矩的便捷酒店

服務很差。女的還好，男士服務員都非常傲慢且不耐煩。房間裏什麼都沒有準備，吹風筒沒有，濕頭髮等，加床被子也不耐煩，紙巾盒住進來就是空的，要紙巾也不耐煩。等幾個小時催幾次也不送。真的很反感。

酒店大堂前台態度一般，沒感覺，相比起各地的假日酒店，此酒店外觀比較殘舊，走廊房門🚪都很殘舊不堪，房內面積細，房內廁所有重新裝修，但不足以滿足一般的期望。房內拖鞋、牙刷用具、全部沒擺放，要問前台拿。酒店早餐亦簡單至極，應該不會再入住。
