"We booked a Deluxe Room, which was actually the lowest category of rooms in this hotel. As a result, we got a room facing the inner courtyard, which was not nice at all. I checked and found that on each floor, only two rooms do not face the beautiful square — which was the main reason I chose this hotel in the first place. That said, the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, and the room’s equipment were good. However, the TV was old and couldn’t read my USB drive. :-( Finally, room service showed up around 3 PM, which was no longer convenient for us. I only asked for two clean towels, but the maid didn’t understand English. All in all, I’ll think twice before booking a room here again when I’m next in Brno."

"Overall we liked this hotel. Rooms are very spacious and there is a very relaxed atmosphere, the staff is great, the breakfast is good and we liked the location of the hotel. What we didn‘t like is that in the bathroom instead of the shower there is a bathtub. Also, there is no AC in the room but we really don‘t mind that since there is a fan in the room."

Although every room has a complementary bottle of water, the hotel was unable or unwilling to supply me a second bottle ( of cause we offer to pay for it ) after 10 pm. I still don't understand what's the problem to supply a simple bottle for a ill guest."

"spacious room, we were accommodated on the 9th floor. If you don't move the beds, it's clean. Clean bathroom. Breakfast not very varied, but you have something to eat. For 2 nights, it was perfect. Apart from picking up the trash and changing towels (even if I didn't leave them in a nail), they didn't use a broom/vacuum cleaner, as it was necessary that I moved the beds closer and the mess came out from under the bed (not a lot)"

The shower was ok and as we are in a brewery here, the fridge contains a complimentary bottle of “home” made beer. Nice ! The check-in and check-out is efficient and smooth, the breakfast has no negative point, just perfect to start an interesting journey in Brno. Certainly recommended !"

The breakfast was incredible and it is very hard to think of anything that will improve it. Everything was nice and clean and everything worked. It was like the staff enjoyed their work and enjoyed giving you a good time in a relaxed manner. I can strongly recommend this hotel and if my wife and I ever are going to Brno again, we will prioritize to stay there again."
