"At the time we were a little worried, the hotel has a large construction site in front of it and we feared inconvenience and noise. Fortunately, reality turned out to be different. The rooms are comfortable and large and well soundproofed and the hotel has a convenient parking lot in a private courtyard. Good breakfast. Fairly convenient location, in a quarter of an hour on foot you can reach the historic center. Friendly staff."

"I recently stayed at the EFI Spa Hotel in Brno, and it was a truly great experience from start to finish. The room was impressively large—around 50 m²—which made it feel more like an apartment than a typical hotel room. It was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly warm, professional, and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their friendliness really made a difference and added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. I also had the chance to dine at the hotel restaurant, and the food was excellent. The quality, presentation, and taste were all top-notch, making it a place I would gladly return to even if I wasn’t staying at the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend EFI Spa Hotel to anyone visiting Brno. Great rooms, lovely staff, and outstanding food—it ticks all the boxes for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!"

"Simple but very pleasant hotel, part of a restaurant and brewery complex. The rooms are clean, without unnecessary luxury. The shower was ok and as we are in a brewery here, the fridge contains a complimentary bottle of “home” made beer. Nice ! The check-in and check-out is efficient and smooth, the breakfast has no negative point, just perfect to start an interesting journey in Brno. Certainly recommended !"

"During my bike trip, I had the pleasure of staying a night at the Fairhotel in Brno and was very satisfied with it. The cleaning of the room and common spaces is unfair, really beyond the average. Very appreciated the small details that make the difference: the coffee available in the room with the Nespresso machine and capsules included, and especially breakfast with one of the best soya capsules ever drinked in hotel creamy, The staff was friendly, available and professional at all times. A hotel I advise without hesitation. If I go back to Brno, it will be my first choice."
