"I recently stayed at the EFI Spa Hotel in Brno, and it was a truly great experience from start to finish. The room was impressively large—around 50 m²—which made it feel more like an apartment than a typical hotel room. It was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly warm, professional, and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their friendliness really made a difference and added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. I also had the chance to dine at the hotel restaurant, and the food was excellent. The quality, presentation, and taste were all top-notch, making it a place I would gladly return to even if I wasn’t staying at the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend EFI Spa Hotel to anyone visiting Brno. Great rooms, lovely staff, and outstanding food—it ticks all the boxes for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!"

"The apartment is very close to the bus terminal and most of the tourist attractions. It also has a lift, which is very handy, and the room is spacious and clean. The only disappointing aspect was that it was difficult to get hold of anyone quickly when we had an issue. If the management improves its customer service, the apartment would be like a five-star hotel! I will definitely be coming back."

"I do not recommend this place. No air conditioning. We arrived with a child around 9:30 pm after a long journey and discovered our room was on the 5th floor with no elevator – a nightmare. We walked into the room and it was stifling and humid, almost like a sauna. The little fans in the rooms are a joke – they just recirculate the same hot air. I had to prop the windows open with cardboard because on the 5th floor they are casement-style (they swing) and you can’t keep them in an open position. On the lower floors the windows are normal. The rooms are large and clean, but that doesn’t matter given these problems. I don’t know anyone who would happily drag suitcases and bags up to the 5th floor after a 7-hour trip from Tuscany…… pure misery. It cooled down to 18°C at night so we managed to survive. The mattresses are comfortable. Still, I would never come back here. I should add that the girls at reception are very nice and always smiling. And the parking a front of hotel was impossible…. Drama!"
