No refrigerator inside the basic room. Towel with same lipstick marks was not changed at second night and remaining folded after housekeeping at second day.

The hotel is located opposite Cabot Circus, making shopping and dining very convenient. We parked our car in the Cabot Circus parking lot, and the hotel reception offered us a 15% discount on parking. The hotel room is small but well-designed, stylish and clean. The staff are very attentive and courteous, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very cosy. This is my first time visiting the city of Bristol, and Moxy Bristol has left me with a very positive impression.

Top quality hotel with a relaxed vibe. The hotel is modern and conveniently located within Bristol. The Staff were lovely and the room was spacious and very clean. The Moxy was perfect for our night in Bristol.

Amazing Staff with all the facilities you could need. The rooms are modern and very clean. The location is central and makes everything that Bristol has to offer a short journey. The 24/7 bar is perfect.

Do not go to the hotel! If you are travelling with kids! Staffs are not trained with family! Very poor attitude!Never ever visit again!!

Really great hotel and the complimentary cocktail was a nice bonus that we didn’t expect. Very clean rooms, only minor complaint is that the amenities could have been better I.e. a toothbrush.

10 minutes walk from ＜the center＞ bus station. Essential equipment, shower in the bathroom and 24 hours check in service. I got it with the price 59 pounds.
