SSamMcHughThe staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of the information is in Spanish. However, they were more than happy to print it for us in English. The breakfast had a big choice of hot and cold food including pancakes, cooked breakfast, pastries, fruit etc.
We would highly recommend the marine pools which is all salt water. There are lots of jets in hot and cold water including a physiotherapy pool to float in.
We also had a massage which included the Hammam vaporise for 45 minutes. This was hot and cold different rooms like sauna, water jets, walk in stones with cold water and then hot water.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
The only downside was that we went on the 24th of June. This was a red day ( St John the Baptist) and restaurants around the local area were closed.
The hotel restaurant and bar was also closed as it doesn't open into the first of July.

MMDELGADOMTNEZHotel ini bagus, sangat dekat dengan pusat bersejarah, Sungai Segura, dan Puente de los Peligros. Perhatian di resepsi sangat bagus. Mereka merekomendasikan tempat untuk dikunjungi di Murcia. Hotel ini sangat bersih dan ruangannya sempurna. Dan Murcia, kota yang indah dan bersih. Hotel dan kota sangat direkomendasikan.

TTamuExcellent location, room was spacious with views of the town and the sea , bathroom had a good walk-in shower . Could do with more hangers and shelves to put clothing , as there is plenty of space . Breakfast excellent quality and plenty of choice , the service was efficient and the staff worked very hard !

TTamuTravelled to Cartagena ,, hotel was in a great location for city-sightseeing. Car park was 2 minute walk away and hotel gave a 15% discount off the car park fee. Breakfast was plentiful and had gluten-free options. Hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. Great hotel!

TTamuОстанавливались в этом отеле два раза, при путешествии на автомобиле из Барселоны в Севилью и обратно. Мы из России и проблем с общением с сотрудниками отеля не было. Шума нет, так как рядом нет оживленной трассы. Завтрак конечно скромный, но вкусный, можно было бы еще добавить к завтраку яичницу или омлет. Остального было достаточно: фрукты, сок, кофе, вода, закуски, хлопья с молоком, йогурт, круассаны, тосты. Сотрудники отеля доброжелательны ко всем гостям. Расположение - далековато от основной трассы, но мы зато заехали рядом в бухту. Там красивый вид на море, заброшенные казармы, укреп район. Хорошо что рядом можно бесплатно припарковать автомобиль. Из удобств нам не хватило воды в номере и одноразовых зубных щеток, к остальному вопросов нет. Но воду можно попросит внизу в лобби.

TTamuI was very pleased with my stay at Hotel Occidental Murcia. The hotel exceeded my expectations: the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The staff was also friendly and efficient.
The only downside was the pool, which is small and has limited space for sunbathing. However, this did not affect my overall experience, which was excellent.
I would definitely recommend it and would gladly stay again!
