Hotel was new, clean and spacious. Location is 10mins away from the train station by car. However, do note that while it is only 10mins car ride, it is hard to call a didi and recommend against travelling out late at night alone. Personally had trouble getting a didi after dinner at a place 7mins car ride away. Eventually got a ride but the driver was giving red flags. Do note that they do not have air condition during winter, making the room stuffy despite opening the windows as the curtains will prevent the air circulation which is not an issue if you are okay with the curtains opened.

I looked for a long time on Ctrip and found the best homestay in Songpan Ancient City. It didn't disappoint me. I booked two rooms in total. The room was very large. I was worried about the cold at first, but the floor heating was not cold at all, and the electric blanket was useless. The key service butler Xiao Zeng~super good and super enthusiastic!!! He helped us upgrade the room for free during the off-season and recommended delicious food to us. It was really considerate. Highly recommended.

We stayed one night at the hotel and we are very very satisfied with the property. The rooms are newly renovated, very clean and spacious . It’s nightly oxygen supply in the room is a nice feature. We liked especially the bathroom, with a smart toilet seat and a well sealed shower door, which is not that common rare in china. The flow from the shower head is strong and the floor is very clean (see photo). The toiletries are well supplied.. The hotel has a very good restaurant, good menu and reasonably priced relative to its good quality. the breakfast is just a feast of local food and plenty western dishes. Overall I d highly recommend it to international touristes
