Location wise is very good, directly opposite a supermarket. Clean and impressive, however there is no lift so walking upstairs was tiring for us. Washing machine took very long to complete and hard to operate (all in Chinese as well), so our clothes were still damp the next morning. Unlike other hotels with 24 hours room service, this is a family owned business so it was hard for us to look for someone to attend our problem although it was somewhere before 23:00. There is no internal phone inside the rooms for us to call the office downstairs.

The room is clean and spacious, and the electric blanket is a must. There is a canteen on the first floor that provides home-cooked meals, which taste good. The environment is beautiful, the room faces the distant mountains and the greenery makes me feel very comfortable. The staff are kind, friendly and patient. The boss even personally sent us to the airport at 5am to catch our flight at 6am. Thank you very much. Really recommend.

The biggest reason for staying in this hotel this time was that I don't know if it was because of the floor heating or because of the yak beef hot pot. It was very hot at night. After 1 a.m., everyone woke up from the heat. We got up to turn off the floor heating, but the temperature of the floor heating was not easy to drop. We didn't sleep well that night. The hotel owner provided an important information this time. The Huanglongding transportation bus sells 5,000 tickets every day. You need to book tickets in time, otherwise you can only walk. After taking the Huanglong cableway to the top the next day, the mountain was covered with ice and snow, and it was snowing heavily. It was difficult for tourists who didn't buy the transportation bus to walk 3 kilometers on such an icy and snowy road. So this time, except for the fever at night, the rest of the stay was worth it.
