Great place to go very clean in all three rooms I was in!! The ac wasn’t working in the first two, but the final room was awesome and had a jacuzzi!! Great breakfast!! Given two cards 10$ each for two days towards cost of breakfast, great coffee oj apple juice great staff!! Little bummed on the computer room , only one in there and someone stole power cord h

The room had clean linens. It was definitely outdated which was fine. The room didn’t seem like it was cleaned though, rug was dirty, there were coins left all over and a dirty washcloth hung over a hanger in the closet, toilet paper left with a few sheets.

The outside looks extremely out dated & different from any picture you may see online. The room also looked completely different from the pictures on the room I reserved, which was a little disappointing. Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. The window sill was dirty, the jacuzzi was dirty & had hair all over in it. The bathroom door was messed up & was hard to close. There was food left in the fridge from the previous occupants. When we brought it to the receptionist attention they said they’d have maintenance fix the door (which they didn’t) & they’d have house keeping clean the room again, we left while it was getting done. All house keeping did was change the towels & remake the bed, nothing that we complained about was cleaned. Overall, I won’t stay at this hotel again.

The overall experience was great. We had a small problem with our room but we were immediately moved to another bigger & better room. The staff was most helpful, friendly & courteous. Would have liked to have a "hot" complementary breakfast.

Room was disgusting. Jacuzzi was dirty. Sink was in room, not near toilet. Mattress was ripped and dirty. . Looks grand when u first walk in but elevator and beyond is horrible.

Clean room, nice facility, extremely friendly staff

No internet for 2 days, nada. Staff reset router and still nothing for 2 days. Hotel uses wifi 5 with only a few transmitters, which is bad because 5 Ghz wifi 5 signal does not go through hotel's thick doors or walls. Very disappointing as we needed the access for very important matters during our stay. Tried cell phone, ipad and windows 11 Laptop - nothing on any of them. Actually ended up looking for and finding next door hotel's (La Quinta) 2.4 Ghz wifi 4 signal and could use that as it had no password required, so was able to get some basic internet occasionally during the 2 days. Also if you don't book with Garden Place Hotel web site you get no included breakfast. Never such problems with nearby Hilton, Choice, Best Western. Was indicated I might get some kind of refund, but back home 2 days and still no word from Garden Place Hotel. Sad, but true. We used to love going to this hotel for years, but not anymore.

Perfect for sleep, park and fly! Prompt shuttle service even for an early morning flight. We will definitely be back next time we fly out of Buffalo!

Room was damaged and the bed was awful. Very uncomfortable. We never received vouchers for breakfast for both days and lost out on our money. The tv was small and would constantly lose connection.

As European I was in awe from the decorum and the whole atmosphere! Series of beautiful Italian balconies with great appeal. Statues (!) inside and outside the building.The fish tank was magnetic with all the colors and variations in it :) Oh ,we saw few deers and a doe … Wish I had more time to enjoy it 👏

Loved the statues, grand entrance, etc. Went for the big jacuzzi in the room. Many aspects need upkeep, such as loose electrical outlets, jets in the tubs, dirty grout lines in the bathrooms, etc.

Will come back again. Wife and I went for a quick getaway. Excellent overall experience! Room was very clean. Dated furniture, but we like that kind of stuff!

We had a nice night away with a delicious dinner at Perla. The staff was nice and helpful while checking in. The only issue was the hot tub went from quiet to super loud while in use. It was a little dated

The beds were comfortable. It does need a bit of updating, but it did not ruin our stay. We parked our car here while we flew. It was a great experience with the shuttle to and from the airport. We arrived at !;30 am and the shuttle was there promptly.
