The ground-floor apartment Sonnenterrasse features two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and another with a single bed (extendable as an extra bed) plus a bunk bed. The Baltic Sea beaches of Zingst and Prerow are just minutes away by car or bike. Attractions like Stralsund, the Erdbeerkarl theme park, and the open-air museum in Klockenhagen are also nearby. Former Chancellor Merkel recently inaugurated a new penguin enclosure at the Marlow bird park.Bodstedt, once a small fishing village, has become a favorite among tourists. Located on the “Southern Bodden Coast,” it offers a wide range of activities: cycling, sailing, fishing, and surfing. The region also hosts many cultural events, including theater performances, sailing and harbor festivals, and chamber music days in nearby Barth.A local tradition is the annual Zeesenboot Regatta, held on the first weekend of September in Bodstedt.
