Завтрак типичный для марокканских отелей - лепешки, омлет, варенье, свежевыжатый сок, чай/кофе, ужин тоже из традиционных блюд - тажин, харира. К чаю после ужина подают фрукты, но не десерт Красивая небольшая территория, много питомцев, за которыми интересно наблюдать - кошки, павлины, цесарки. За растительностью и газоном следят. Есть бассейн В номерах в январе ожидаем очень холодно, кондиционер на обогрев работает. С горячей водой проблем не было. Из необычного, хозяйка отеля не марокканка, с персоналом и даже котами говорит на английском, поэтому с общением проблем не будет. Персонал тоже говорит на английском, все приятные. Рейс моих коллег, с кем я должна была встречаться на следующий после моего прилёта день,, задержали, поэтому я была вынуждена или остаться в отеле ещё на полдня или сидеть в аэропорту. Хозяйка предложила высокую цену за полдня и обед, когда я отказалась, предложила как компромисс выехать из номера на час позже , ждать в лобби и обед за 22 евро (тоже дорого конечно, даже по марокканским меркам), я согласилась. Обед опять тажин, очень средний. В целом все очень хорошо, трансферы, хороший персонал, обычная для Марокко кухня, красивая территория, единственный минус -довольно высокие цены

2 hotels in one (Relax and Atlas) which belong to the Royal Air Maroc group, located very close to Mohamed V airport in Casablanca. It happens to me from time to time to spend a night here when I arrive late or when I have to leave early from Morocco (the airport is located quite far from the city center). The Atlas hotel is of a higher standard than the Relax hotel. The Relax hotel is more than enough if you are only spending the night and avoid having lunch or dinner in its restaurant, otherwise nothing prevents you from going to the restaurants on the other side of the Atlas hotel, which is much better! In any case, the service leaves something to be desired and is really very irregular… like at the reception which is very quickly overwhelmed when it comes to recording a group!

I booked the hotel through Ctrip, but I found out when I got there that Ctrip was also booked through ***********, which is more expensive than booking. I will still book through *********** next time I go abroad, because foreigners don't know Ctrip at all. The hotel is not very clean. The wash basin in the bathroom is too dirty and the water is not flowing smoothly. I can only brush my teeth and wash my face in the sink in the small kitchen. The front desk is not bad. We drove by ourselves, which is quite convenient.
