We didn't expect too much.
We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered.
We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available.
The room smelled a bit of cigarettes and had to be aired out. The layout was complicated with steps right after the door and a seperate toilet which as so small that we barely fit and had problems closing the door, because our legs were too long.
The breakfast was ok but some things had run low or out and while we were eating it was not refilled and other used tables had not been cleared

Good location for the town. And the veranda looks out across the river, nice view (however all the railings and paint work were really tired). The restaurant looked really nice however I didn’t eat there. The room was tiny and needed updating and the bathroom was even tinier. Garage to park the motorcycle was a bonus. I don’t know the town however it looks past it’s best with almost half the shops vacant. Lovely little town apart from that.

Very sqeaky floors and thin walls, Also no do not disturb sign at the room. No service at the hotel in the weekend except breakfast. But in this small town maybe you best bet to a hotel. But the restaurants nearby are not ooen at normal times what they say.

Rien à dire sur le restaurant, excellent accueil, nous avons très bien mangé. Le bar était délicieux et le moelleux aux fruits rouges excellent. Mais le SPA.... l eau sentait mauvais, elle était très trouble, le hammam n a fonctionné que 5 minutes, ensuite plus de vapeur et la chaleur s est mise à diminuer. C était la troisième fois que nous venions, nous n avons jamais été aussi déçu.

Rien à dire sur l'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel ainsi que sur la qualité des chambres pour cette catégorie d’hôtel. Par contre, la qualité des plats au restaurant laisse vraiment à désirer. Je viens régulièrement dans cet établissement : il a du y avoir un changement de cuisinier/cuisinière car la qualité des plats n’est plus du tout au rdv et ne reflète pas ce qui est annoncé. Par ailleurs, il n’y a pratiquement plus de choix : deux entrées, deux plats… il n’existe plus de plats à la carte, du moins lors de mon passage.. C’est fort dommage. Le service à table est, par contre, très appréciable : la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du serveur sont à souligner.

Voilà 2 ans que je loge chaque lundi, mardi et mercredi dans cet hôtel. L'accueil y est toujours agréable, les chambres sont confortable avec un très bonne literie. Les petits dejeuners sont très copieux et très variés à volonté. Les repas du soir sont de très bonne tenue et goûteux.

Un trés bon séjour avec un service exceptionnel. L'accueil fut extraordinaire. Une gentillesse au service du client. Le restaurant, les petits déjeuners sont exceptionnels.
Le SPA est très relaxant. La situation de l'hôtel est très appréciable.
Mais surtout la dame qui accueil et gère les clients est exceptionnelle. D'une gentillesse et dynamisme sans pareil.

Hôtel de caractère situé dans le centre le parking un peu plus loin est bien pratique, par contre pas de climatisation et le coté rue est trés bruyant, si je devais y retourner j'insisterai pour avoir une chambre coté Dordogne.
