Very good food and room are clean. Location of hotel is very close to metro station. Staff is very polite and excellent service by all staff members. Very safe place for family to stay

It was great hospitality experienced at the veneu, staff are courteous, great ambience, clean & hygienic. Needs to improve the dth services i have faced some issues for watching the channels it might be due to rainy season it seems. But overall experience was excellent. I do refer my friends, family and colleagues.

Washroom flush was not working. Tv screen size was small. Ac remote was not working. Slippers were not available in the room. Lot of noise from staff from outside the room door. Towels were worn out. No separate dining in area. Breakfast was served in a make shift event area with no separate sitting for customers. As per the cost per night this should not be the issues and experiences for the customer.
