Excellent location, can park the car right in the street and parking is free during weekend and public holidays.
Staff is nice to talk to and follows up on requests.
Very nice and cosy rooms, a great experience.

Very nice, spacious rooms. We stayed for five nights and it was very comfortable. Conveniently located to everything. The staff was also very nice.

This is a lovely hotel with wonderful staff. The configuration of the suite is well thought out. The bed is very comfortable. The location is great; you can walk so many places and both the A and B tram lines have stops within minutes. We stayed for a week; husband said it would be a great hotel to use as a long term residence. The only drawback was the lighting, as we prefer brighter rooms. We would absolutely stay again.

The service was second to none! The hotel itself was clean and well kept and the location was central to everything walkable, with a tram stop 1-2 minutes away for further attractions.

I feel mixed about posting this review I found this hotel very beautiful, but we did have some questions about it. There were three of us in our party, and we had to pay a supplement for our third person, though it felt as if the towels and the water and minimum amenities only supported or approached the two guests, additionally there’s not a lobby in the hotel. So it is hard to find a place of repose
We felt some of the staff worked hard to be accommodating to us as we did have an extra travel day so other seemed a little colder and it is a lovely facility and a beautiful location, but I also felt it wasn’t as welcoming as other places have been on our trip. - not as warm and inviting -

The room was great and the help at the front desk was absolutely excellent.
The room was very well appointed—even had a little kitchen—but there was a lot of dust under the bed. I say this in order to alert the hotel and help them improve.
But I loved the hotel and would stay there again!

A wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Bordeaux. The staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, clean, quiet and filled with amenities. A perfect choice for the discriminating traveler

Lovely property, staff were very helpful and welcoming.
Would like ideally a little bar or area to sit that’s wasn’t just in your room for the breakfast but plenty of space around the room. Nice toiletries also.
Room was lovely but the curtain was slightly unattached at the top so didn’t work as fully blackout.
Location is great if you want to walk around this area and it feels safe especially for solo guests.
