The room was spacious, clean, and had a modern yet cozy feel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with 2 pillows, and the amenities provided, such as water dispenser on the lobby, water heater and toiletries, were of high quality. The only slight drawback was the location and their check-in time of 3pm while other hotel is 1pm or 2pm. On its location from the beach, yes its only 300meters, however, it's very far from the center like d'mall... But we had a grear stay at Canyon Hotel!

Our recent stay in the hotel was far from satisfactory. Despite making a note that the trip is for honeymoon during the reservation, there was a distinct lack of acknowledgment from the staff regarding the special occasion.
Upon checking in, we had hoped for at least a congratulatory mention or perhaps a small gesture to mark the occasion, but sadly, there was nothing. The absence of any acknowledgment made us feel undervalued and as if our booking was just another routine transaction to the staff.
Breakfast options were also limited and not up to expectation. No condiments were provided (i.e. salt & pepper) for dishes like the porridge and noodle soup.
Overall, our stayed lacked the warmth that we were expecting from such establishment.

The Hotel is accessible to the mall if you need something you can have it. Great Place if you want more cozy and peaceful place which is more located near station 1. You can have access to their pool but until @ 8pm only. I really appreciate the effort of making surprises of baloons and letter but as per my partner its was not for my birthday but for monthsary. But thumbs up because you guys still giving effort. I can say still a good recommendation to stay at canyon wish can be visit again when we visit boracay.

Rooms are still new including the amenities. However, better if complimentary drinking water is included as room amenity instead of guests taking their drinking water from the water dispenser located near the elevators.

I had an awesome stay in this hotel. All staff are amazing. The room is neat and spacious. This hotel provides a seperate card for towel usage and can be user outside but guests shoukd be responsible enough to return them. All in all, I highly recommend Canyon. Oh! and I love the pool bar

All Staff are helpful and friendly. Everything in hotel ias spotless clean. Breakfast was okay; only a few kinds of food to choose from. Swimming pool was okay.
