Woman at the front desk was so helpful (thank you Amy!) with figuring out issues with the reservation. . Pillows were fluffy and breakfast was fine. Room smelled a bit off, but i think that was just a cleaner.

This is our 3rd stay in 2 years. We always enjoy our stay, clean rooms, friendly staff. I love Choice Hotel pillows and the desk personnel showed me where I can order one, seems that is a frequent request. Sad to hear this hotel will temporarily be converted to college dorm facilities until the spring. We were hoping to return in the fall. The ladies suggested Choice sister hotels in the area. Very helpful. We'll be back after spring 2024.

I didn’t have a reservation coming into the Sleep Inn in Boone but the front desk made me feel like I was at home. The managers were lovely and assisted with any questions we had. Loved the 24/7 hot cocoa bar that they have to offer. Lemonade on weekends when it’s really hot out. Room was very clean although odd tunnel shaped showers. Parking is very limited as it looks like it is shared with the hotel next door. Right in the center of Boone. It isn’t a luxury “up-to-date” minimalist hotel but it is worth giving a try when in Boone!

Only in Boone are the housekeepers so sweet. The housekeepers helped me with a freak accident after I had bumped my head. They were so sweet I did not even remember I had bumped my head. Managers Lisa and Linda was very welcoming. I have been here for 5 days so far. breakfast is great for a budget stay. Sweet, welcoming staff. Great and bright personalities.

Cleaning staff is on point and makes sure the facility is clean and welcoming. They were quick to respond when I asked to have my room cleaned. Love the old 70’s and 80’s rock that plays in the lobby everyday. Outdated, but it gives a home like feel. Breakfast is not the healthiest but boy was it good!! Feels like you can take a nap immediately after the blueberry waffles. Hot coffee 24/7 and staff makes sure to have a convo with you every time you pass. A little expensive on weekends but if you travel during the week it is a great steal

I chose this location based on the positive reviews from other travelers, however I will be hesitant to accept these reviews going forward. The room appeared clean, but it had a smell and felt dirty. While it provided a place to sleep and shower, we were anxious to leave the next morning. Staff was fine, and I didn’t see a reason to complain due to the entire hotel is in need of a major overhaul. The room was over $200 a night. I know rates have significantly increased, but I expected a better experience at this price.

Everything was so perfect and clean. Great area clost to APP State. We went to see the campus for our high school senior. Linda and Baxter at the front desk were the best! The breakfast was good and healthy. I love that the front desk offers bottled water! The beds were so comfy! We loved it and will come back.
