The front desk asked the key-giving lady if she could see their manager's ID… what use is an ID? I didn't see a single manager by the time I checked out the next day! Afterwards, I complained to Ctrip… Ctrip said they could refund half the room fee… I said I didn't want the room fee, I wanted to see a manager to discuss this, but I never got to see them… Ctrip just refunded the money… they'd rather refund the room fee than meet with us and accept our complaint! How unprofessional is this hotel?"
