Hotel Pedrini

I very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pereni. This was a last minute trip and the hotel we stayed at last year had raised their price x4 and very few other places had openings. I was happy to find rooms available for a decent price and even more pleased when we saw the rooms. Large king bed, beautifully renovated bathroom. Our room even had direct access to the large, shared terrace. Unfortunately, it rained hard each day so we were not able to use it. A nice breakfast was a bonus which I hadn't remembered was included, glad I asked! Nice staff and good breakfast. An easy 10-15 minute walk under the beautiful porticos to the main square. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a little gem. The place is immaculately clean. The linen was superior and the towels were extra large and fluffy. The beds were comfortable. I stayed in a renovated room for most of my stay. I wanted to add one night and I stayed in an unrenovated room. While both rooms had excellent beds and linens the renovated bathroom was larger , brighter and nicer. The newer décor is very pleasant. The heat worked in both rooms. The small touches in the renovated room were nice. The electric tea kettle was nice. Having a mini fridge was great for my water and other drinks. The suitcase rack made packing and unpacking easier. There were enough hangers and extra blankets. Plenty of outlets. The hotel has an excellent location being a 20 minute walk to anything or anywhere you want to go. The staff spoke excellent English and German. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Bologna.

We stayed at risk hotel for three nights.The hotel is very comfortable and very central. The breakfast is very simple bit very nice try and go early for more choice. The staff were very helpful there was a lack of English spoken but we managed to communicate using my limited Spanish .The hotel is very well priced

This hotel is located in an excellent position for sightseeing being a fifteen minute walk to Piazza Maggiore etc. The hotel is very basic and in need of refurbishment. The first bedroom we were given was extremely small and the bathroom was like a dark tunnel. It was difficult to find the light switch. We asked to move and were given a better room overlooking Strada Maggiore on the 2nd floor. The bathroom was larger and light and airy. The vanity mirror was broken and the shower gel was not replenished. The upside the shower was good and the towels were replenished daily as requested. The problem in the bedroom was lack of any storage space. There is one small wardrobe, housing a safe and storage rack for suitcases. Coat hangers are ones given when having dry cleaning done. The dressing table is adequate but with no mirror above and, main problem, there is only one plug for charging phones, laptops etc. There is a kettle and the offer is teabags and no coffee. There is a coin operated machine for coffee in reception. The breakfast room is fine and the continental breakfast very adequate. The upside to this hotel is the staff who are extrmely helpful and pleasant and spoke good English. So if you are just looking for'somewhere 'to hang your hat' this hotel is fine. If you would like to be a bit more pampered then it is not for you.

From the moment we arrived for our 6-night stay in Bologna, the staff at the Hotel Pedrini were incredibly warm and welcoming. I walk, but also travel with my personal wheelchair, so the staff at the hotel put my parents and me in a spacious, yet cozy attic room. It was incredibly charming and perfect for us! It felt like a storybook cottage. The lobby area is comfortable for sitting and lounging, including a "throne-like chair" that made me feel like a queen! One of the best aspects of our stay was the breakfast. Not only did it include a full breakfast with breads, meats, eggs, cheeses, jams, etc., but the staff couldn't have been friendlier. Monica from the staff would make coffee to order and would prepare a delicious cappuccino with the sweetest smile every morning! I missed her greatly when we left. All the staff, from the reception to those who cleaned our room made us feel at home. We were steps away from a lively, collegiate neighborhood filled with inexpensive places to eat and lots of local town life. (I even went to a Chinese-owned beauty salon a few meters away, in the same portico as the hotel!) I would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay where the action is, but not necessarily in an overly "touristy" area. I look forward to visiting Hotel Pedrini again!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questo albergo. La location è ottima, Praticamente in centro della città, le camere sono datate, un po’ obsolete ma molto pulite e ben curate, un po’ fredde direi. Parcheggio a richiesta a fianco all’ hotel con pochi posti a disposizione. Suggerisco vivamente per la colazione di uscire,’girare a sinistra ed entrare subito nel bar a fianco che non è solo un bar ma….ottima sorpresa
