Ulasan Hilton Bogota Corferias

I booked the hotel for my sister and her son, it was my nephew’s birthday… the service, food, room, location and place was AWESOME. The staff new about my nephew’s 4year birthday and they brought a cake and they treat him as a king.

Very new hotel with good view to Bogota

the hotel charged me extra 19% VAT, though I show them the proof that the prepaid booking have included the VAT. As a foreigner, actually the VAT should be refund to me. They refused to refund and charge it twice and when I argued with them, their attitude is very bad it was disappointing for Hilton will not stay Hilton in the future

這是我出行入住希爾頓最差的體驗，五星級酒店的服務居然是這樣的，1.讓我強行交納早餐的費用和行政酒廊的費用，但是我根本沒有使用，他們也拿不出我簽字的證據，但是就是不退我的按金，而且前台的態度很惡劣和不可理喻！2.讓我強行交納19%的税，我和她説了我是外國人和有旅遊簽證，攜程又是包含所有税費的證明，但是她們不管就是強行讓我交納才放行，真的在國外被欺負的感覺。

其他都很好，就是辦理入住的時候酒店重複收税了， 和酒店強調了交了税了也沒用。找客服説含税26.51美金了，找攜程也沒有回覆，雖然錢不多但是還是心裏不舒服，

房間乾淨衞生，設施很好，早餐豐富。水果很新鮮。
