Beautiful place for peaceful and enjoyable vacation. Hotel is a litle bit old but the atmosphere and people working in it are the best. Always helping and smiling. Light wind at the beach and work september weather are beautiful

Wow wow wow! What an amazing experience staying here at the Crystal Green Bay resort. We have been blown away by the custom, the place is absolutely unreal. Animation team especially, always going out there way to engage with you, even working such long days. Food is okay, normal all inclusive stuff but go to the grills outside for dinner as they always have something special there, special shout out to Ishmail and Damla for making the experience unforgettable. Also thanks to the lovely staff behind the bar and their special cocktails! (Ask for the specials when you order as they make their own version depending on who you ask)

We booked this holiday a year before and were very excited to go to our lovely 5* hotel. When we arrived we have been greeted by the porter who took our suitcases to the room. Reception staff were polite but their English wasn’t the best. We paid extra for family room with garden view, when we arrived the room was ok but nothing special (defo not 5*), not much space to put the clothes, luckily we had spare bed so we kept most of our clothes in the suitcases on the bed. Balcony was tiny, 2 chairs and you could not walk to it. View we had was “amazing” car park and some type of gas container in the garden. During our stay the house keeping knock at the door and enter straight away every morning at 8am and woke up our son. You would love to enjoy some sleep when on hols but not possible. Room was only hoovered and bed was made and towels changed. For our 2 weeks stay not once they cleaned the bathroom or change the beds. Pool were nice and clean but sun loungers were old and damaged with tiny old beach towels from the hotel which didn’t even cover half of the bed. Very slippery around the pool, many people was slipping around it. Till my sister in law accident around the kids pool area there was no warning signs around it. Lifeguard was only on the slide pool during slides opening hours. Beach was awful, I love to go the beach but this one really put you off. It’s in a bay so it was no current so water was dirty, warm and smelly. 1m from the entry you could not reach the bottom (even my son who is 6ft2) and water was dark so you could not see the bottom. Also they were wasps nest around the beach. Entertainment in4.8 bar was poor, mainly targeted for Turkish guests. They play international songs mainly in Turkish. Colombian dancers and South Africa band were good and we enjoyed the night. Food was boring, for 2 weeks the same thing. If you love sea food you will not get any there. Apart of fish you will not get anything else. A la carte restaurant on site is divided to 3 - Italian, Turkish and Sea food (again no sea food there ), we tried Turkish and it was set menu so you can’t really choose nothing and meat taste of petrol. We tried Turkish bath in the hotel and is nothing like proper Turkish bath we had before. Massage otherwise are amazing, the girls making miracles there. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere so the closest place to go is Bodrum 30 min in taxi. You can’t go out for a walks even around the beach. Gym is old and dirty, not much to choose from there. Pros - bar staff is amazing, they are making your holiday special. Big thank you to Fuat from the pool bar, great barman and his cocktails are amazing. Also Oscan from reception bar, Wasyl from the 24/7 bar and the waitresses from the 4.8 bar were amazing - food and alcohol available 24/7 - boat trim with Jimmy ( nice, good food and amazing Turkish coffee) - massage in spa Overall definitely not 5*(max3) and probably would not be so disappointed if it was sold as 3*. Stay at crystal Green Bay hotel for 7 days. The hotel is fantastic, in a beautiful location and the staff couldn’t help enough. The entertainment team “Ismail” were great. I would highly recommend this place. Relaxed, entertainment and nothing bad about the place, location or staff.

After reading all the amazing reviews I was so looking forward to this holiday. How disappointed I was! Thinking we was staying at a 5* hotel. This hotel was definitely not 5* I would say a decent 3* max! *Rooms - our room was tiny with literally hardly any space to hang clothes, no drawers to put anything in so we lived out of suitcases. Which is fine. The bed is a good size but very hard mattress but the annoying thing is the blanket did not fit the bed, didn't even reach the edges. Cleaners came in daily to make the bed sweep and mop floor but 3 times had to go looking for toilet rolls. On one occasion got in shower to realise we had no towels at all. Air conditioning was very good had to turn it off through the night cos it's above the bed so would wake up freezing. Also found it really strange there was no ceiling light over the main part of room. Just bed side lamps so was really dark of an evening( didn't help out balcony had a tree for a view so had no natural light either). Overall though l, it served its purpose. Food - very repetitive. I'm a veggie and it was literally same thing every other day. Rest of our party are meat eaters. There was plenty of choice but it seemed to be repeated every few days so the menu was very samey! However the burger bar next to pool was nice, as was the waffle bar. And the snack bar (next to main restaurant) however you'd be lucky if you got what you ordered! Ice creams were lovely. Grounds - grounds it self are well looked after and kept clean. Views are stunning. Beach is stoney so suggest beach shoes to get into water. Plenty of beds. Views are stunning. Plenty of bars but club triangle disco bar was not open once while we was there. There is a shop on site but very expensive but they always are in hotels. Pools are ok and clean and slides are good for kids. However the tiles surrounding them are extremely dangerous. The amount of people that would slip and fall each day was rediculous. My sister slipped at the kids pool.and dislocated her shoulder. There are no life guards ( accept the slides) at any of the pools. I had to get someone from the kids club to get a first aider who called an ambulance. When asked for a copy of incident report later we was refused and told that no one has ever fallen before. However we had seen it own eyes. Next day there were wet floor signs everywhere and a sign up saying no lifeguard. At the main pool there are a couple of mats to walk on but don't cover all the main walk ways. I think if they just spent the money making it safe it would be so much better. Entertainment - the shows that we saw.at the amphitheatre were good, however it's the same every week so if you are there for 2 weeks your watching the same.thing. at other hotels it's always been a 2 week cycle so it's something different every night. We really enjoyed our stay at crystal Green Bay. Some of the pros: Food-loads of choice, hot and good quality Grounds- kept really clean Rooms- Clean, good air con and house keeping do a good job Staff- All very friendly, helpful and can’t do enough for you. This hotel is a taxi ride from Bodrum or you can get 2 buses. It is remote but we knew that upon booking. I have very little to criticise. I would prefer more steps around the pool area, the floor gets really slippery and all of us had near accidents and my nephew slipped and hurt himself. Sun beds- hotel should enforce the sunbed reservation rules. If people aren’t using them for 2 hours the towels should be removed. I understand them being empty if people are doing for lunch etc but we experienced families struggling to find loungers and yet there were reserved ones not in use from 9am-4pm. Overall I would recommend this hotel. The surroundings are beautiful aswell!

Our first family trip to Turkey and it didn’t disappoint. The Crystal Green Bay Bodrum is a fabulous hotel and the staff are very friendly especially the entertainment team (Yilmaz and Ishmail) The restaurant and multiple snack bars have a huge range of choice and the food is delicious and our waiter Emir was absolutely brilliant and looked after us for drinks etc. the kids loved the slides and the main pool but if you want a more relaxing day I recommend the clam bar on the beach which has plenty of sun beds to choose from and a dip in the sea to cool off is a must. The evening shows are really good and should not be missed with live music in the bar after. I would recommend this resort and would definitely return in the future 10/10.

A lot of activities for both adults and kids as yoga, zumba, waterpollo, volleyball, kids disco, kids playground etc. The hotel is situated on the beach that has both sand and pebble areas. The water was a little bit cold in July 2023, and it is not so shallow, be carefull if you are not swimmer. The wide variety of food you can find during the day in three different lunch areas/bars. Bodrum is not so close, you have to change two buses to come to the city center.

Definitely not UK 5 star! I would say 3.5-4 at best. We were initially checked in to a room that was awful and stank of damp and all we could hear was the dance music from the amphitheatre. We complained immediately and were moved to a better, quieter room. The decor of the room was extremely dated and was very worn! Our bathroom had quite a bit of black mould. The lift's emergency phone had the wires cut and there was no emergency button! Jimmy was very pushy and didn't take no for an answer until we made it rudely clear we were not interested. Don't book a massage here! Whilst the girls who gave the massages were lovely, we had a couples massage and the ladies talked amongst themselves throughout the whole thing and their phones kept pinging. Not relaxing at all. After the massage, you are taken to an area to relax and have some lovely Turkish tea which was lovely until the spa manager came up to us asking how we found the massage and if we booked another, he could offer us a discount. Completely stopped the feeling of relaxation. We kept being pestered throughout the rest of the holiday, to book another massage. Very pushy. The staff in the main buffet restaurant were lovely and couldn't do enough for guests! The ladies cooking the Gozleme were amazing and I highly recommend trying them. We ended up having one nearly every day! Also the room cleaning staff were lovely and went out of their way to look after us. A lot of the staff struggled with English but we were able to communicate fine as we had a phrasebook.
