Ulasan Hotel Whala!Boca Chica - All Inclusive

Horrible, we booked wrongly twice and they refused to refund. On the other side the hotel was not clean and the service is horrible.

I am satisfied with the hotel. My only complaint is that for two times the same week they gave us access to the room past 4:30 pm .if they cannot deliver the room on time at least they should give some compensation.

Bad customer services , no cold water , the screen door it won’t closed right. Probably won’t go back.

Very bad hotel, very poor service from everyone at the front desk, WiFi was basically unusable, the loud speakers downstairs played music all night, and the Boca Chica area itself is not worth visiting. If you don't plan to sleep and rest, you can come to this hotel.

Hotel is already a little old, in need of renovation. The food served is ok, but could be tastier. The hotel's beach is very good.
