"The hotel is a beautiful, careful and full of activities for all ages. Tante Dora, Bahia, Amora and all the team are extremely dedicated, animated and charismatic, making every moment special. In addition to children's and family leisure activities, the hotel offers a wide range of options: thyrolese, rally, escalation, riding, bow and arrow and pedal walk. The swimming pools also deserve praise: both the indoor and the outdoor are warm and very pleasant, perfect for relaxing at any temperature. The food was surprised by the quality and variety, always tasty. All staff were sympathetic, fully-favoured and welcome throughout the stay. We made a four-cycle walk (paid service) and worth every cent. The guide Jonathan was excellent, careful, sympathetic and responsible, providing a really memorable experience. It was a complete, fun and full of good memories. We recommended with closed eyes and we will surely return!"

"A large hotel, new structure, cheap price, especially at weekends. Breakfast very well served. Local also has coffee, restaurant and room service. It also has a convention center. During the Octoberfest, more competitive prices are possible compared to the hotels in the centre."

"Although I had already hosted several hotels in Blumenau, I had never experienced such a bad experience. The room was not ready at the arrival, and we had to wait in the common space, which was very strong and quite uncomfortable with a chloro-odore; and when we returned after lunch, they gave us a different room than I had booked and paid. Even presenting the evidence, the manager tried to convince me that the mistake was my, demonstrating bad will and lack of professionalism. After much insistance, we were placed in another room, but the infrastructure left them too much to desire. In a few hours we decided to exchange hotels, even taking the damage, because the experience was already compromised. In worse terms, at the time of checkout, there was no apology for the series of disturbances, and certainly one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced in a hotel."
