Ulasan Hilton Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport

Nice hotel room close to the airport and Mall of America. My only complaint is that I couldn't connect to free wifi in the room.

一般，好在距離機場近。空調老舊，晚上睡覺很吵。衞生間裝修很老，浴簾沒啥用，水到處都是

洗手間燈是壞的 ，因為時間晚了也沒有去換，但是晚清還是不錯的，附近很晚還有餐廳

要了兩個相鄰的房間，兩個房間可以互通，一個家庭很方便。酒店早餐不錯，做得很用心，餐廳服務員也很友好，很熱情。

I will say it was kind of weird/ironic when staying at something I would view as a luxury hotel and at the same time a “Reparations conference” is taking place in a conference room at the hotel - so I’m supposed to think I’m staying at a luxury hotel, meanwhile people there hate me for the color of my skin not to mention think I owe them money for the color of theirs - please make better choices Hilton or you will be cancelled as well.

The beds are very comfortable and the rooms quiet. The only drawback was no airport shuttle for us at 3:45am.

Excellent hotel. ******* never sent my reservation to the hotel but the manager was extremely helpful.

Specifically booked this hotel to have extended parking for a flight. Was told we could do it because they had to save spaces for an event. Had I known that I wouldn’t have booked there. The bed was horrible and hard. It was so hot in the room and the thermostat didn’t work. Overall not impressed for the amount I paid!!

Hotel that has a free airport shuttle and says parking available made me an assume I could park there for my travel. Misleading and when I asked the staff what I could do they were no help.

The pool was neat, wish the hot tubs would have been available. Our room was hot, turned the heat all the way down and was still hot, had to shut off the heat to make it tolerable. The beds were hard but the couch was comfortable. Wish there was a continental breakfast available. Not a terrible stay but could use a few improvements.

It was all really great…. The only thing was that I am sensitive to fragrances and the hotel shampoo/soap etc was SO STRONG!!! It gave me a headache and I could hardly sleep….. 😞

We go to hotels mainly to sleep. Studies show that one of the main factors in being able to sleep is a cool room. Although there was a thermostat in the room, there was no control over the temperature. It was too warm, I kept waking up. I arrived exhausted, yet could not get a good night's sleep.

Stayed one night, clean, comfortable and convenient to the airport and had a decent bar and dining.
