Bon rapport qualité prix , personnel a l'écoute et le petit déjeuner est simple mais efficace !

Chambre spacieuse et sympathique avec baignoire. Le frigo c’est toujours une bonne surprise. Accueil très sympathique.

Les equipements étaient super (piscine, sauna, hammam) Peu de monde (début septembre) La piscine intérieure était à 20°C, ils auraient pu mettre plus chaud

Hotel top la piscine était trop froide dommage.

The folks at check in were fantastic and quite frendly, they did what they could. Booked hotel as there was a on property restaurant, a spa with sauna and heated swimming pool. The restaurant was closed, the sauna nor steam room were working and the heated swimming pool would be great if I was a Polar Bear. In addition, the TV in the room would just stop working and mysteriously start working again after several hours had passed.

Stayed last week for a couple of nights. Booked a 2 bedroom unit with a work colleague, which made it a very affordable place to stay. Our French is poor, but hotel staff spoke excellent English. Had a lovely burger and chips at the restaurant next to hotel one evening and a lovely pizza at a pizzeria about 250m away. Taxi's found the place easy and very convenient for the airport.

Everything was great, clean comfortable and quiet. The check in staff was perfect. I did not do breakfast though as I thought it was too expensive

Lovely quick overnight, convenient, a spacious efficiency suite, comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful. Had great dinner at cafe next door and hotel breakfast buffet next morning.

Arrived after nearly two days of travel to a boiling hot room with no functioning aircon. Too many mozzies to have the windows open. Breakfast was really good.

I use apart-hotels a lot. I like the flexibility of being able to self cater or pop down to the restaurant. Zenitude (despite the silly name) is very good. Nice size apartment and well equipped too. I have a disability so really appreciated the adaptations and extra space to move around in. Spouse is from Toulouse and we'll be back there before long. I'd be happy to stay here again. BTW huge, somewhat frenetic, shopping centre nearby, so you can get everything you need & lots that you don't! Nice park to enjoy is even closer.

The room was big and clean. Everything is there. The swimming pool is nice . Parking on closed place. Perfect!

Nice & affordable close to Toulouse airport

We arrived late and there was a sign (in french only) saying that doors were closed and we needed to call a number, which I tried several times and all I got was a recorded message (in french only). There was a person in the hotel that we could see through the window but he was using earphones and could not hear me knocking on the door, there was no doorbell either, we probably spent 15 minutes outside trying to call his attention until he finally saw us. He was very friendly and helpful once he saw us, but still the hotel should facilitate for guests to make the staff aware they have arrived. We were tired after a cancelled flight and many hours of waiting. Apart from that, it was OK, very expensive for what it was but that was a last minute booking due to flight cancellation and change of plans. They could install some blackout curtains in the room, as the ones they have do not hold light at all and it was VERY bright.

This wasn't my first stay here. My last stay was great. This time the room didn't feel clean because the furniture was so beaten up and stained, but more importantly there were no black out curtains so when i turned off the lights the window was as bright as having a giant television on in the room, couped with being the in the area of the hotel closest to traffic it was hard to get any sleep.
