West Vale Villa

A very tiny room, but for sleeping only was fine. Ensuite as you would expect. Adjustable central heating which we turned off to achieve an ideal 16*C to sleep. Hosts Damon and Cat were absolutely fantastic and very helpful with experiences to see and do. Damon also arranged a seat for us at a local Indian Restaurant which turned out to be fantastic. Breakfast was typical B&B fayre but was was of an exceptionally high standard and Cat was more than accommodating with diet requirements. Aside from the small room the experience was very good and we would not only recommend but we would also happily revisit Cat & Damons West Vale Villa.

Great B&B .. Very Clean, Rooms are clean and beds are comfy.. This B&B always smells nice and is so welcoming. Breakfast is tasty, Really friendly, Parking is a bonus and close to the Tower, shops etc.. Even the weather was kind to us🌞 We will be returning Thankyou for another great stay😊

Just got back from a lovely stay here. Cat managed to sort us a car parking space for free, which is a bonus. Breakfast was nice and fresh, very comfy beds and excellent location to the Tower and shops. Will come back to stay here again in the future when next in Blackpool.

Great hotel, very clean and a great breakfast. The landlady was so friendly and helpful. Great position and very quiet location which is unusual in Blackpool I even had a free parking place directly outside the hotel. I would definitely return the this hotel. Thank you

Wonderful. Booked very last minute and nothing was too much trouble. Cat the host is very accommodating. Nice decor and cosy rooms and free parking is a deff bonus. Thank you Cat, you saved my day after a disaster in my first accommodation - I got locked in and had to call a locksmith! :-/

Lovely clean and nicely decorated, homely B&B. Very warm welcome upon arrival. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Within walking distance of the promenade. Owners take a pride in their family business and maintaining high standards. We stayed overnight and will be returning next year.

Turned up at the west vale villa . Lady was very polite and chatty and the villa smelt lovely and was very clean. Was shown to our double room which she said was the warmer of the 2 rooms available, it was FREEZING . We made a cup of tea in the room to warm up but had no more teabags for later on as she only leaves you 2 . The bedroom was tiny , it was a small double bed really hard , no chair in the room to sit on only the bed and the bathroom was very tiny too . No space in the bathroom to put toiletries and if you are of a larger build you would struggle to sit on the loo. Breakfast was just ok , sausage very hard and mushrooms had herbs in them , no choice for cereal either . My worse thing about this property was the cold I had told her I had recently had an operation so I feel the cold a lot , but after our cup of tea we went for a walk for a couple of hours to come back to the room still freezing the radiator not coming on . My hubby went to talk to her after another customer spoke to us on his way out telling us he was going out as his room was freezing too. The lady said she would put on the heating on but she doesn’t like leaving it on when people go out for the day , that’s terrible in this cold weather having to ask to keep warm. The room and bathroom was that icy cold I couldn’t bring myself to have a shower . It was turned on so it was warm for the morning however I think had my hubby not asked it would have stayed cold. For £80 a night just small basic things such as keeping guests warm and making sure they can have a cuppa when needed I would say should be priority . It’s such a shame as it was clean but I have stayed In expensive and cheap hotels in the past and this was the worse for comfort , shouldn’t be charging that price for what we get . Won’t ever be returning .

Lovely guest house. Breakfast was excellent. Cat and Damon are great hosts and recommended China Garden restaurant for our Saturday night out, which was a fantastic choice to eat. Room comfortable. Free parking a bonus. Short walk to the seafront. Would certainly stay here again if coming to Blackpool.
