Everything was great, central location, super friendly hosts and with a lovely surprise of breakfast which I didn’t think was included.. will definitely be staying again!!

I liked the accommodation, friendly, good location, fairly priced including breakfast which was amazing well served.
It was ashamed wasn’t en-suite room available when I did my booking. Good room with a nice double bed which I liked very much.

Just great 3rd time stay this year .all good can not make a fault and lovely breakfast i will stay
Here every time visiting blackpool usually 1 week at a time.

Lovely cosy establishment with a warm welcome from the owner, Dave. En suite room was clean, warm and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee provided and toiletries and towels. Breakfast was made to order with lots of choices. The free car park was an added bonus. Very central to all attractions. I would stay again. It was such good value for money. Very friendly staff on duty too.

Great place to stay. 5 min walk to Coral Island & Town Centre. Clean, Comfy and Friendly. 4th time I've stayed and wouldn't change. Be back next time.

Breakfast was luvly!
Needs updating!
No soap or gel in shower or toilets!
No towels anywhere
Window wouldn’t close!
Curtain tie back screw fell off!
Toilet didn’t flush properly!
No soap in room!
Was shared toilet
Staff were very friendly tho
Place needs overall badly!
So old & depressed

Stayed here before, A Blackpool hotel, great friendly hotel, great people!! If you want the Ritz then go to London! Will certainly use on our next boys weekend in Blackpool

This is a family run hotel and the owner always goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and the breakfast is to die for . Its cooked fresh to order everything hot 🔥. I have stayed here on numerous occasions and i will be going back .

warm welcome by the guy who checked me in, made sure I had everything I needed before leaving me to get settled. bed was comfy and hotel is away from the main roads so was nice and quiet during the night. nice breakfast included in the price, would stay there again

I have stayed here before and I will be coming back, the hosts are really friendly and go out of their way to help you. The breakfast is amazing i have stayed in numerous hotels and theirs is the best breakfast by far you get more than your moneys worth also has parking and its less than a 10 minute walk into the centre .

Stayed 2 nights in Dec.. nice and warm comfy bed and great breakfast. Most rooms are not ensuite but 2 toilets on 1st floor. Staff Very helpful and willing to help. Would stay again ..

We stayed here on 4th nov 2023. The positives are the breakfast which consisted of bacon sausage egg beans or tomatoes hash brown black pudding toast tea or coffee with fresh orange juice was delicious. We ordered it for 9am on the dot and was there on time and served by a very friendly and polite young lady. Dave the host was very welcoming when we arrived telling us all about how to lock the door and to make sure we took the keys with us when we went out By the way the toilet paper was also soft The place was very clean. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room which is very basic consisting of a bed wardrobe TV and sink. You have to share a communal toilet.. The negatives are the mattress in room 5 where we stayed was horrendous. Everytime we turned over it made a twanging sound. I ended up sleeping on the floor so needless to say I didn't sleep well. Would I stay here again probably not unless the mattress was changed as it ruined the whole experience for me
