Ulasan City Comfort Airport Hotel Phnom Penh

Dusty room, hard bed, dirty pool, unhygienic dining area. Location is far from the street, must book grab or taxi to find the place. Buffet breakfast was not good, the same menu everyday. I had a stomach flu after eating 1 meal, not coming back.

Good place to stay if you don’t know PP, close to airport and shuttle service is available for free, beds are very hard. This is a Chinese hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good as there was no more food for us to eat at7 and the “dining” hall wasn’t nice - no place to sit and only a few (under 10 ) tables.

The hotel is located some 3km from the airport in a developing area. The rooms are large with double bed, table and two chairs, a fridge and kettle and clean usable bathroom with shower. Wifi worked well. The rooms are located in a H shaped gallery where you walk out of the room on to the gallery, my room at a balcony at the back. Breakfast is simple but as it was included fine and sufficient. Coffee shop next door. There is a swimmingpool but it had no water so could not be used. Staff is friendly but there are few (on checkout nobody at desk so just left the key). Woukd consider returning, specially if pool re-opened, as it is clean and value for money.

This is best. The staff refer and recommend the best room.

This hotel caters to Chinese tourists. Accordingly, everything from operating instructions for the air conditioner to the television stations were in Mandarin. The lobby and our room were full of mosquitoes and the included breakfast was served cold. The hotel was not "near the airport" as advertised,, but was instead located in an impoverished section of China town with no stores or restaurants nearby. We ended up moving to another hotel on the second day. The only thing that made our stay even remotely enjoyable was the desk clerk who never seemed to go home regardless of the time of day. She was always smiling and as helpful as her limited English allowed.

Close to airport

We stayed here on a layover, it was very convenient because it was super close to the airport. The receptionist were super helpful, helped booked tuktuk for us and give us directions around, etc. Definitely recommend staying here for a short stay.
