Hotel yang bagus dengan kamar yang luas dan terawat, dengan estetika yang bagus dan pemandangan indah saat sarapan di lantai 7, di mana terdapat restoran yang bagus - panggung musik Madame Nica, dijalankan oleh seorang profesional yang luar biasa.

Pengalaman check-in bagus, air di kamar mandi mampet pada malam pertama, tetapi cepat diperbaiki keesokan harinya setelah meninggalkan pesan. Saya lupa memesan sarapan, rasanya tidak hemat biaya untuk memesan saat check-in. Layanan antar-jemput bandara lebih tinggi dari harga APP (hampir 2 kali lipat)

Saya memesan tanggal yang salah selama perjalanan, dan kemudian menelepon Ctrip dalam waktu satu jam untuk memperpanjang check-in satu hari. Jawabannya adalah agen pemesanan tidak menyetujui perpanjangan. Tidak masuk akal untuk melakukannya. Saya tidak membatalkannya, tetapi juga menginformasikannya tepat waktu, tetapi masih belum ada solusi yang masuk akal. Sekarang saya harus memesan ulang kamar. Hotel seperti itu benar-benar tidak layak untuk direkomendasikan.

Hotel terawat dengan sangat baik. Check-in terlambat juga berfungsi tanpa masalah. Respon cepat ke email. Lokasi sangat bagus dan fasilitas kamar sesuai dengan hotel bintang 5. Restoran memiliki pemandangan yang indah.

It is listed on the website that the hotel is in Taksim, but it is 20 minutes away from Taksim. The location is bad. There is nothing around you. The bathroom smells like sewage. I even told them to delay check-out because my plane was delayed for an additional hour, and they refused.

I love loved staying here. The level of service was exquisite. Such attention and care by the entire staff. it was really lovely. Bed was so comfortable i passed out both evenings.

Was a perfect stay. Short 1 night, but the team made it wonderful. Location is close to ferry and train. Close to taksim and a few attractions Ms. Gizem from Guest Relations was amazing! Definitely gonna drop by again.

Excellent location. Walk to T1 train and access all famous places of interest. Staff and services are great too. The room was clean with everything we needed (free umbrella when it is rainy). The only small problem is the door of the shower room did not close completely, leaking a little bit of water every time we took a shower. It probably should not have such a problem for a 4-star hotel.
