For the last minute booking was perfect. Clean,all you need in the bathroom, cofee,tea in the room. Excellent breakfast, we have been asked if we want more but it was enough for 1 person. The receptionist was very good, polite, all the time there to help. I will come back there again definitely. Highly recommend!

Accommodating staff. Nice place. Would love to have more toiletries in the rooms. Also would prefer to have the convenience of being able to have full meals on site.

This was our 3 stay at the Alderley Hotel. Always a warm and friendly greeting awaits you. comfortable accommodation breakfast is cooked to order the full English huge and a struggle to eat. But there is a choice of other options by request. Kaz and Alten go out of their way to make you feel welcome nothing is to much to ask. A very clean and tidy establishment and affordable. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else very convenient for the trams there is a stop just across the road and a 10min walk to Pleasure Beach.

Another fantastic stay!! Nothing too much for kaz, rooms are always clean and breakfast is fantastic the bar is very fully stocked and the cocktails are fab, see you all again for new year, kids always welcomed and treated like 5 star guests!

My first time here with friends and family. I felt at home in an instant. Great hospitality. Comfy beds I had such a good time, even stayed an extra night as no one wanted go home. Such a great selection with breakfast items. Would highly recommend, we will definitely be booking again. Thank you kaz.

Accommodated early evening no problem. Advised us where to park arround back. Alton helped with bags and showed us to first floor twin pine beds. Tea n coffee facilities. Ensuite shower toilet and sink with sliding door. Alittle dated but clean and comfortable. Provided extension lead for us. Slept well. Tv in room. Alton provided full English breakfast all tasty and to our liking. There is a bar if fancy a drink. Very friendly.

Pleasant stay, rooms clean, toiletries provided and bottled water was a nice touch. Shower pressure was good compared to other hotels we've stayed in. Breakfast was good no complaints. Cas the owner was lovely, helpful and couldn't do enough to help.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! This hotel is filthy and smells terrible. Booked for 4 nights and checked out after 1. There were urine stains on pillows, holes in the bedroom walls and bathroom door and poo around the toilet. Disgusting. Walls and carpets were filthy and the whole place smelt fousty. Do not waste your money. We're in the process of trying to get ours back.
