This place is always clean and tidy. It is in a great central location in Bismarck. The staff is always friendly and the service is great. We will continue to stay here monthly as we do work in Bismarck.

The stay was good as always. We will continue to stay/book here as we travel here monthly.

This is a great place to stay as always. Once a month we book here for work purposes. We will continue to use this place. It is clean, has friendly staff, and the whole process is seamless.

Horrible stay- the hotel was in poor condition, elevator and ice machine broken and the breakfast was mediocre. The worse part is that there was no one at the front desk for most of the Saturday we were there. I will not be staying here again.

Family stay over night price was good. Room was nice beds we’re comfortable. The pool had way too much chlorine in it. You walked in and it start burning your eyes just being in the pool area.

Taylor was extremely helpful - the TV was not working and she as a manager came and repaired it herself and was extremely kind, sweet, and knowledgeable. She was awesome. Big Mahalo to her and the staff there.

We had to wait 30 minutes to check in. There was nobody at the front desk and there were 3 teams waiting to check in. When we finally checked in, we were assigned a dirty room. Someone has slept on the bed with dirty towels everywhere. We went back to the front desk and the receptionist was gone again so we had to wait for another 10 minutes. Breakfast was not the best quality. Ice machines were broken on every floor.

Parking was a bit tight in the lot, but we felt safe where we were able to tuck our car in. Check-in was quick, breakfast was good. Would appreciate a few additional options in the "market" as it was super late when we checked in. Otherwise, nice and quiet!

Some well worn areas in suite but still expected at price point, clean rooms and decent breakfast. Parking lot tight if you have a bigger vehicle or pulling a trailer. Pool no longer has slide, pictures should be updated.

I always book in this hotel every time I have an institute at the university. However, during this last stay, I noticed so much noice from the hallway even after midnight. The voices are loud and annoying. I can’t rest and was worried about being sleepy in the class. I booked for 4 nights, but they only provided me with 1 tiny shampoo and conditioner. I ended up asking the front desk everyday for it, since I shower every day. I was hoping they would anticipate that and just provide the items for 4 days. In addition, the toilet paper is almost gone when I arrived and there is no replacement. There is also no tissue box. I have again booked in this hotel (since this is my tradition when I first started school more than 2 years ago) in April for my upcoming graduation. I am hoping that they will address the issues. Otherwise, everything else is good.

The customer service was great! The curtains in my room were so stained i didnt want to even open or close them.

I tend to book this one everytime I stay in Bismarck now. It’s quiet, clean (enough, better than most), and the staff is friendly when you can find them. They make it easy and answer any and all questions. Will book again.

Our family stayed two nights for a soccer tournament and both mornings I got in the shower at 5:00am and had cold showers. I’m not talking luke warm, I’m talking COLD. It was absolutely miserable and when I told the front desk, they could have cared less. He gave a half hearted apology and sent me on my way. Besides the shower situation, everything else was fine. Moderately clean, decent breakfast and the beds, although hard, were still good enough to get some rest.
