No issues. We booked a non-smoking room but got a smoking one which is par for the course here. The smoke penetrates everywhere anyway. Comfy bed, good shower, good air con, no noise issues. The staff try to be helpful. Location fine. Next to moija st for food and the night market is a 5 minute walk. 20 minute walk to the mosque. Negative: no response to messages and all the fire doors are tied open (pictured). I write about deadly building fires and this is insane and not on. Someone could die in a fire despite the good fire escape.

The loaction is great, between a night market street and Mojia streets, plus it is an easy walk to Zhongxin Square and Dongguan Mosque. Breakfast had variety from day to day, and the staff were helpful and nice. The rooms are quiet but a little small, and there was a bit of disintegration at the bottom of the wall of my room, which is the only reason my score for cleanliness is lower.

Very good hotel ! Good rooms and extremely helpful staff. The only criticism I had was the toilet seat was loose and the top kept falling down. Apart from that it was great !

Awesome value for money. Didn't know this chain, will definitely come back! It's great if you are a foreigner because they do not keep you waiting at the reception for ages while checking you in. The room is very comfortable, did not find it small but the bathroom was a little bit small yes. I love the option to select a non-smoking room while booking, every place should have this! Great service attitude.

位置太讚了，周邊無論是出行還是購物娛樂都方便得很。酒店環境清幽，大堂布置得典雅精緻。房間整潔乾淨，服務人員態度親切熱情，從入住到離開，始終都能感受到他們的貼心，有問題都能快速高效地解決。非常棒，下次還會繼續來住

第一次來西寧，本來想着湊合一晚上，帶着孩子，到的時候已經很累很累了，還好，前台的小美女辦理入住非常快，還暖心的幫我升級了房型，還貼心的準備了耳塞，讓我們能好好的休息！ 臨走的時候還送了兩瓶水，非常暖心！！！！ 強烈推薦！

房間設定很合理，衞生也不錯，辦理入住的時候還給免費升級了房間，前台服務很好，很熱情，周邊還有個小夜市，挺熱鬧的，晚上九點以後就很安靜了，不影響休息。

在這家酒店住宿房間雖然有點小，但是房間內乾淨無異味，床鋪舒適，用品貼心，設施齊全，服務細緻入微，服務態度也很好，非常喜歡這家酒店的氛圍，安靜、雅緻，讓人可以放鬆身心。服務人員細緻周到的服務讓人印象深刻。

非常棒，交通十分方便，房子也很整潔，有空調，衞生也很好，沒有異味，值得入住，附近吃了火鍋。

經常出差住這家店，房間雖小，但很精緻乾淨，物品齊全，一樓有餐廳，服務態度也好，交通方便門口不遠就是公交站去火車站很近，樓下有個零食店很便宜沒想到給孩子買了很多，晚上樓下就是小吃夜市很大，斜對面是大十字商場購物方便，還有驚喜對面就是莫家街

設施：很齊全 還有洗衣室 烘乾很快很方便 服務：服務很好 丟的東西也幫我們找到了 很負責任 下次有機會還會來住

房間非常好，乾淨衞生，也無噪音，非常舒服的睡了一晚，前台小姐姐服務周到，人美心善，還給免費升級房型，簡直是愛了
