I had 3 nights stay and liked this hostel room spacecious and clean. The worker 'Arlan' is very friendly and helpful even knowledgeable if any queries, he would delighted to share and guide you. The cleaning ladies help to clean the room daily and replenishment are sufficient. Hostel in a strategic location about 10 mins walk to Osh Bazaar and you can catch local buses to everywhere in the center with only 20 som It is a worth for value and if I have a chance to be back to here in future, this definitely would be my first choice by heart and strongly recommend to all my friends. Thank You for your unconditional service and I have had a wonderful stay at your place

I changed our last plan. I requested a name change to my friend and it settled within 15 minutes. Great service by trip and hotel as well.

10 minutes walk from western bus terminal, bus from almaty terminate here, minibus to karakol departure terminal, actual per picture, very clean, reception is very helpful.

Inside of the room was so hot but it was very clean

Very clean comfortable and conveniently located with good public transportation, very close to the Osh Bazaar and just 500 mtrs to the western Bus station for booking Bus ticket and traveling to Almaty. Helpful staff, good WiFi, drinking water, a kitchen to heat food, tea and coffee is also provided, breakfast is available but we didn't have it. Overall we were very much satisfied with the hotel. It was easy to locate.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. Restaurants and shopping are all available. The room is very clean and comfortable, and the price-performance ratio is very high. Even if there is no private bathroom, it is not a problem because the public bathroom is also very clean and convenient. It is highly recommended as an ideal hotel.

The toilet and shower are shared. The shower had weak water pressure and was difficult to adjust the temperature (hot water sometimes came out and sometimes not), so it was difficult to use. The room was very clean. Amenities were not provided except for slippers and towels.

I liked the hotel, convenient location. 10 minutes walk to the center, a couple of minutes to the market. The bus stop to the airport is nearby. The hotel itself is very clean, beautiful. There is a kitchen and a veranda. Excellent hotel, thank you!

This is not the first time we have stayed here - this suggests that on previous visits we were satisfied. The staff is warm and hospitable! The rooms have simple furnishings, but are very clean. The bathrooms are also clean. There is a kitchen on the floor where you can cook your own food and leave food in the refrigerator. WiFi worked flawlessly. Nearby is the Osh bazaar and the bus station, from where transport departs to all regions of Kyrgyzstan. A minibus to Bishkek Airport stops not far from the hotel. In general, I recommend it. Simple and very comfortable!!!
