Ulasan Pullman Magenta Shores Resort

Got lucky to be upgraded to the 3bedrooms villa! Have own car space correspond to the villa. Overall hygiene is acceptable. Amenities are adequate to family use. Not expecting luxurious experience but definitely a cozy one here. Reception staff is friendly and work till 10pm. Many guests are here for the golf, which is incredible.

found 5 cockroaches and bug body parts on bed and near kitchen; broken glasses upon arrival in cabinet, almost cut my child’s hand when he tried getting glasses out for water. Overall disappointed in cleanliness, expecting better from a 4 star resort.

An underwhelming experience for our first stay here. We booked this location for the advertised resort style amenities, pools etc and certainly paid for resort quality accomodation. Our room was tidy enough but on closer inspection was quite dirty and in need of a deep clean.. from filthy curtains, mouldy shower, dirty bathroom door etc. The rock pools are very clearly neglected with bird poo over almost all pool chairs, debris and baby wipes in the pools. The food for the most part was disappointing. The pool bar wasn’t opened everyday which was advertised as being open and one of the main reasons we booked a girls trip here. When it was open had very little choice of drinks with exorbitant prices. The staff were friendly.

Booked this hotel as a birthday gift for myself. I expected that being a luxurious accommodation, every details will be checked so our stay will be comfortable and memorable. I was wrong. The villa’s aircon was broken and we were given two fans to use instead. With humidity on that night, the fans cannot cool the place. With the amount they are charging, I expect they take extra mile for their customer.. i am so disappointed and not happy.. not worth the money to stay here. Plus, they do not provide bottled water for the guests.

Nice resort and good facilities. That said everything costs money in this resort. Will be good if some facilities can be made complementary

We were very happy to stay here as we booked 3 bedroom villa; the bedrooms are very spacious . Kids had lots of fun in the lagoons swimming pool. We heard also have tennis courts which only cost $5pp including racquet but we didn’t have time to play. We definitely will recommend friends and we will come back here again.

Really enjoyed staying in the Pullman. The room was also cozy and had a very good temperature. The golf course and the facilities were great scenery. Location of wise also great. We would love to visit there again.

Pullman has no outdoor pool which was a shock. No great views from rooms. But villas are very spacious, clean however outdoors are quite dirty to use. Great beds, furniture and specially well ventilated. Did not like that it's along with residential buildings. Didn't have any 5 star feeling. And if u r one of the unlucky person where none of the phones in room work then it's pretty annoying. But it's good for a weekend getaway specially for the amazing stuff and the tasty food at the restaurant. Well the Magenta beach is a rough walk through the sands but other beaches are are short drives from the location. Oh yes there aren't any food delivery available by uber eats or doordash. Overall it's a satisfying stay for max two nights.

두번째 방문 숙소 가족들과 함께 방문 했습니다. 호텔 주변 경관도 좋고 조용하게 가족과 함께 휴식을 즐기기에 좋은 숙소에요! 조식도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 숙소 바로 옆 국립공원 멋진 트레킹 코스와 차량 10분거리의 노라헤드 등대는 꼭 방문 하세요! 조식서비스 이용시 직원분이 매우 친절 했습니다. 다만 수건를 요청 했는데 잊으셨는지 받지 못했어요ㅠㅠ

酒店環境非常不錯！3 bedrooms villa 太值了！！！室內泳池和桑拿房很滿意😀，健身房雖然小但設備齊全。感覺住兩個晚上更完美。唯一不好的就是感覺衞生一般般，需要再提高。

酒店為度假酒店，高爾夫，網球場，設施齊全，泳池水温很舒服，小朋友們遊得很開心，早餐豐富多樣化，下次還會入住

周邊綠化環境很好，可以步行至海灘. 運動設施出色，有三個泳池，兩個網球場和一個高爾夫球場. 適合家庭出遊或者朋友聚會. 免費停車很方便.

環境和地點一流。就是設施有點兒陳舊了。服務倒是一般。
