Hotel was dirty and run down, bad smell from the communal area and main door very bad condition and not safe. Room smelt of damp and  not offering free wifi in 2024 is really really bad

Customer service not professional at all, Not helpful and not manner full. Stuff should be more trained.

The trip was pleasant the area isn't the best but was good for the price.

Birmingham Yardley was dirty in general both inside out. Lights were not working and since it was too late night, we didn't bother to complain.

No warm water supply on my stay and still chasing for refund / compensation over a week but no response.

Halima was so helpful and polite . She greeyed me a smile so welcoming. She helped me make my booning and the room was clean and tidy. I had evdrything i need. I would stay here again. Its closevy to everything and good pub next door xxxxxxx xxxxx

Pros: Good check-in, didn’t have to wait long and the member of staff on duty was nice and friendly. Bed was clean and comfy, and the room was very spacious. Cons: The carpets were stained all over and the room smelt of stale cigarette smoke, which wasn’t great. The room - including the bath - is extremely tired, with cracking, peeling, stains…and I’ve already mentioned the filthy carpet. It’s in desperate need of a refurb.

Situated in a great location for Birmingham Airport, NEC and not far from city centre. Recommend taking frequent bus services to those locations leaving car in Travelodge car park which has many parking spaces. At Yardley there is a McDs just outside the front of the hotel and convenience shops close by. Usual comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Can't beat it for the price very nice stay here would recommend Tracey was lovely during my stay helping me with anything I needed during my stay .................................................................................

As with most Travelodge hotels they are clean comfortable and reasonably priced. This was our second stay at a Travelodge in Birmingham where they invaluable for basic hotel stays where there is no need for fancy frills but a comfortable base to stop off at when travelling long distances

The room was very spacious and clean and comfortable bed . It’s actually a very quiet area despite being close to the road . Cross the road you go to shops and also a 2 minute walk to MACDONALDS . There is a steak house nearby as well and a pub. Public transport frequent buses into Birmingham City Centre- 21 minutes by X1 and X2 and 32 minutes by bus number 60. Uber less than £10 so really a very good place to go. All the staff were very professional. Just a couple of notches. n the bath tab there is a black mark you may think it’s dirt but close inspection something fell and scratched so a lick of paint will do the magic . The bath mat needs change as looks old . The heater needs dusting and cleaning as it looks very dusty inside the vents

Cheap accomodation which did the job. Friendly checkin staff. Travel lodge was reasonably clean and appreciated parking being free. We didnt realise breakfast was in a box at booking so read small print! Plenty of eateries nearby including a mcdonalds. Bed was comfy and shower good. Building Needs a lot of tlc. Gutters desperately need cleaned from the plantlife and bathrooms havent been done up since the 90s. Good value but very no frills.

We ended up here after being scammed for the city centre apartment we had initially booked. Upon arrival, the guy on front desk was friendly but told me I had to book a room online? Despite him sitting right there. Room felt grimy, especially the bathroom. Bed was OK but pillows uncomfortable, way too high to sleep on.

Unprofessional service. No staff present to welcome no room service nothing provided apart from the number with the price set? Which was fortune per minute. No phone line presented for cust to call free on the paid telephone line. No welcoming What so ever
