Ulasan Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City

Layanan rapi atas beberapa umpan balik yang jujur, sangat menghargai seberapa baik kami dirawat. Tempat tidur nyaman dengan kamar yang agak luas, dengan pemandangan indah dari balkon juga (pemandangan malam lebih baik!). Rumah tangga berhasil sampai sangat terlambat, sangat mengejutkan saya.

Layanan sangat baik. Orang-orang yang sangat responsif dan ramah. Gym agak terlalu mirip klub malam. Tapi selebihnya sangat bagus. Sepadan dengan harganya!

Pelayanan hotel sangat baik.. Parkir valetnya agak repot.. Setiap pakai mobil harus buat janji terlebih dahulu..

Hotel yang sangat bagus, kamar yang luas, kolam renang dan spa yang indah, makanan yang enak dan banyak fasilitas

We stayed here for two nights. Hugely satisfied. A+++ for the breakfast with wide variety of foods to choose from. The front desk also provided extra bed for the kids and late check out at zero fee. Surely this hotel is in our plans for our next dubai visit.

Excellent location, close to Burj Khalifa, lovely clean rooms, coffee machine, excellent service, excellent breakfast.The best show in Dubai is taking place on the territory of the hotel, I strongly advise you to go.

Wonderful place , highly recommended luxury hotel

Well maintained Hilton property with adequate services and facilities. Pillows had a bit of a musky smell but were duly changed. Great bath tub and spacious toilet area

Very clean room and bathroom, good location, near downtown, hotel has shuttle to Dubai mall and beach 3 times in day Breakfast was good and complete but restaurant was very busy, The pool area is very beautiful and big and good bar, only the pool wasn't very clean The lobby of hotel are big and good design but the carpet needs to change or washing Staff are helpful

I had a disappointing experience with Hilton Al Habtoor Hotel. Despite being a 5-star hotel, the reception's hidden location was confusing. The on call staff responded rudely, creating an unwelcoming a**osphere. The valet service refused to bring my car ahead without extra payment. The concierge team were unprofessional. The pillows are not comfortable, and there is no build in noise cancellations system.

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were very accommodating too. One of the best hotel in Dubai

Check in took a little while. Location is I about 10-12mins walk from nearest MRT. Breakfast spread was good. Hotel staff not too friendly. Room was very clean!

The best hotel but delay for pickup cars from valet

The hotel room was pretty nice and quite comfortable and spacious. However, on two occasions my friend and I spotted cockroaches in the hotel. Once at the breakfast area and once in our room. This easily altered our perspective of the hotel especially because it is a Hilton hotel. The manager of the hotel apologized, but said that they’ve never had such a complaint before. We both found it hard to believe that considering we spotted the roaches in two different areas of the hotel. The pictures attached are from a video clip taken of the roach we saw in the room. Makes me wonder where else there are roaches and how many there are in the hotel.
