The room is big, the location is good, the parking is convenient, safe and reliable. Average breakfast, poor internet access. Everything else is fine
Facilities: complete, the shower head in room 111 can't hang, it needs to be replaced and repaired

The hotel is nice with 3 good outdoor pools. Great for kids.
Restaurant is good.
Transats in the pool are in very good quality and very clean.
SPA Massage was very good. Need to book very early in advance, they are very full. no wonder as their service is great.
Rooms suite are very decent size and the bed is very big.
Parking is very convenient.
When we checked in, our shower had a water evacuation blocked. we took a shower and the water was not going out. so we finished it in the bath tub.
One wall lamp in the room and another in the living room were broken. it keep twinkling when it was on.
we have informed the reception, and the shower was repaired but not the lights.
we gave up on asking.

only new check in with reception only until 10pm.
