Easy accessibility from the ferry terminal with just less than 5 minutes away via a car pick up from the hotel.  Hospitality from the staff at hotel, restaurant and amenities were excellent too.  Room was very clean and bottled waters are provided and upon request too.

Totally a brand new experience as you are staying in the actual ship's cabin.. the hotel crew arranged a tour within the ships to various compartments , we had a chance to visit the engine room the upper deck and many others rooms that are usually restricted for passengers in a sailing ship. The history of the ship was very well explained by the Hotel Crew.. The foods served are delicious too. Overall it's a nice hide-out from a hustle and bustle city life

Booked the hotel for a one night trip to Bintan for a birthday occasion. The hotel goes out all the way in helping decorating the room when requested and they also prepared a delicious birthday cake ! That is so sweet of them and I really do appreciate it a lot. The room is also very clean and the air conditioning gets cold really fast. It’s an 10/10 experience.

Simple hotel with rich heritage. I love the ship tour and the rationale of operating the ship hotel. Very near to the ferry terminal, but not near to any shopping area. It is suitable for people who just want a getaway without clustering their itinerary with shopping agenda. Good place for a quiet retreat.

Great location near the ferry station, and the hotel offers free pick-up, which is super convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was lovely. Breakfast was decent, though nothing extraordinary. Not much within walking distance, but you can easily get around with Grab or the hotel driver (though the latter is pricier). Overall, a good stay for a relaxing trip.

A very unique hotel to stay. You feel like you’re on cruise but restaurant is outside ship. We enjoyed and recharged.

The location was amazing and the history of the ship hotel is very nice museum and preserved history was a nice treat. The crew were so friendly and nice. But the food maybe more improvement for the next time. We all have a wonderful time and looking at the view 🥰 was breathtaking

Came here for a holiday with my family. The location although quite far from the town but it is near to the jetty terminal. The staff was polite and even helped us when our car broke down. Will definitely come back again. One of the best hotels so far in Bintan Island.

We enjoyed our trip to Duolos Puolos, a ship hotel in Bintan. The ambience was marvellous, and it's good for relaxing and healing. The crew and captains serve us well, being helpful and friendly.
