"I booked a hotel in winter, and the room was very cold after checking in. The air conditioning was on for a long time but the heating wasn't very effective. The service wasn't terrible, but it was definitely not warm or friendly. Most importantly, it was extremely cold. It was so cold that I couldn't even work that night. The window was open when I checked in, and the air conditioning was warmer the next morning. Breakfast was also affected; they were supposed to close at 9:30, but when I went down at 9:10, they reminded me that breakfast was due at 9:30. The experience was unpleasant. I usually don't write reviews, but overall, from comfort to service attentiveness and personalization, the experience was very poor."
