Good location, food was great, all staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and spa were very dirty and it was obvious they had not been cleaned. The garbage cans had not been emptied. the handrail to the spa was broken and it was a 2 foot step to the seating.

Everything was nice clean safe and quiet. Perfect for what I had going on .

Service employees were very helpful and competent. Breakfast was varied from cereal to hot food and waffles. Location great and accommodations were spacious and very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. The room was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend the Hampton Inn Biloxi.

Convenient to convention center and beaches right across the street.

My wife and I spent 4 days in Perdido Key Fl on the beach for vacation. Then, on to Biloxi for a Lynyrd Skynyrd concert Saturday night. We booked a room through Trip.com prior to arrival. We had a nice drive from Perdido Key and were quite surprised at the beauty of the beaches of Biloxi. When we pulled up to the hotel, pleasantly surprised at the condition of the Hampton Inn. The pool is great, plenty of shaded parking, very clean and up to date. The staff was great and even let us check in a bit early with an upgraded room with a view of the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Elevators were quick. Slept great. Breakfast was really good and, again, all staff were very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay there again if revisit Biloxi.

Our room faced the beach, which was nice, however, right below our window was the pool/hot tub. You could hear every word spoken down there. Also, facing Beach Blvd. was noisy. Not sure why there were so many ambulances with their lights/sirens on day and night but there were many. Not a quiet location of the hotel for sleeping.

The housekeeper (older white lady with blonde hair and missing teeth in the front) was very rude and did not make us feel welcome. We simply asked for a set of clean towels. She looked at us and said you are a stayover. Abruptly said I'll get you towels when they are ready (towels were on the cart) we left for the day and came back still no towels that afternoon. Had to call the front to request. She finally brought them to which we replied thanks...she never made eye contact and walked away

Stayed when it was booked full. Staff was friendly & helpful. Parking lot well lit. Will stay again next year if we have another cheer comp nearby.

Checkin went well. They were experiencing a staff shortage during a busy convention weekend, but made sure to get everyone taken care of and into a room quickly!! Service was very friendly!! This is the 2nd year our homeschool group has booked with them.

I love that the staff was nice, accommodating and all around just super pleasant. Breakfast was fresh and great! This was a great place to stop midways for a 16hr drive. Love that they honored my request for late checkout! Allowed me to get some extra hours of sleep before I had to get on the road again. Checkout was easy as was check in! Very grateful for the experience! Thanks y’all!

We had to pay for a room twice. We booked through ******* and asked to change the check in/check out date. An ******* agent said that they confirmed the change with the property. Once we got there, the property said that they did not see the change in their system, so in order to get the change, we had to book a new reservation and therefore we had to pay for the same rooms twice. I would not book through ******* again and would instead book through the property in order to assure that a change in booking goes through smoothly and completely.

The location was beautiful right across from the beach. One night stay for a family with children was clean and quiet, and a very good breakfast provided in the morning.

The property isn’t fancy, but perfect for a quick weekend trip. The staff was extremely friendly and everything was clean and as advertised. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in town for a concert.
