We truly had an amazing experience all round. The views are incredible, the units are stunning and well equipped with aircon and a dial pad to order in from the restaurant or call reception. As a family, the kids were entertained the entire week with cannoes, bicycles, tubes and boat rides. The staff at the entertainment section Enoch, Chad Falicia were incredible and went above and beyond. The location is breathtaking and the resort is clean. The locals do arrive on the beach to sell you a bracelet here but they are respectful, we supported them on day one and they left us in peace for the rest of the week. The only thing that is missing is a little kiosk or small grocery store for your odds and ends which would then tick all aspects of convenience. Overall an incredible stay and we will definitely be back.

The beach resort was absolute bliss. Staff amazing. However when it came to booking jetski’s the price increased 1000mts between the gardener and jetski owner. This really does not sit well.

From arrival to departure, our experience and treatment from the staff was exceptional and amazing. Breath taking views, peaceful and quite. Everything about this place was just Heaven. They could upgrade their pillows but other than that everything was perfect.

Spacious rooms,bright colors and comfortable surroundings Beautiful and warm welcome at the reception. I'm definitely going to invite friends to come experience this place The staff is friendly and more secure We also enjoyed the pools,gym and games room.

Great place.setting and amenities.but in my entire stay no management or staff checked up on us.is all in order.for a normal place it would have sufficed but for the calibre of this place and pricing i guess that was a oversight from the resort. Also no1 told us the place is under construction so no kids slide which they made me bring them for.also our privacy was highly messed wit all dodgy traders settling in front of our room. And a major -ve is the roudy neighbours in so close proximity wit blarring music etc so our ladies dont have much privacy like b4 on seaside. A +ve is the guards are a great help especially Alto in giving us guidance and assistance.highly appreciated wen no1 of the resort is nearby

We stayed at San Martinho Beach Club in December 2014 for a week and although it is certainly a great location with spacious and modern units you don't want to be there when it rains. Our unit's roof leaked every time it rained, to the extent that 2 of the 4 rooms were uninhabitable for several of the days we were there. The attitude of the resort manager also left a lot to be desired and she was not incredibly helpful or sympathetic when the issues were pointed out. We chatted to several other residents at the time who also confirmed that their units were leaking. There were clear signs in the units we looked at that there had been leaks previously. Only when pushed did they consider making alternate arrangements for myself and my family, but frankly the situation was handled poorly and certainly ruined our stay there. When you go with your family and pay for a 4 bedroom house and then are only able to use 2 of the 4 rooms due to leaks it is certainly far from ideal. Even the house in the estate we were offered for the one night, as our unit became uninhabitable due to the stench, was leaking. Out of desperation the one day I asked the resort manager if we can't stay in her house as we clearly could no longer stay in the unit we were in, and she commented that her roof was leaking too. The cleaning and security staff were all friendly and well mannered.

We have been here 3 nights so far and eveynight has been parties. Outside people arrive in taxis . Definitely don't feel safe here. These are 4 sleeper rooms but there are sometimes 15 to 20 people in a unit !!! Music carries on until 3am . Disgusting behavior. Definitely not for families and that's why we came here and paid the premium price we did. Service is not great either. Management cannot be found after 5pm.

It was our second visit, and once again cannot wait to return Lovely units, clean, quality bedding Pools were sparkling clean Perfect location Friendly staff Activities reasonably priced Bit pricey, but worth it We will be back again (and again)

The rooms were mouldy, so much so that I had to go an buy air freshener that made no difference. The linen were so thin that were holes in and full of hairs and stains. The restaurant was overpriced and you do not even get asked how you want your steak done. All in all a terrible experience.

We were 4 that all ordered steaks and I seldom send food back, I did it 3 times and itcame back wrong all 3 . Their cocktails are OK as long as you order a GT. Their margarita had ice in it and it feels like there is no consistency. The staff is great though.

Lovely resort with the poorest management. Arrived to a place that was not ready to check in to, even though we had arrived after check in time. Cleanliness doesn't seem important, the apartments are cleaned very quickly. Bedding in a terrible condition, all stained and dirty. One aircon did not work properly and nothing was really done about it. The apartment is not very nicely maintained, very worn out appliances and dishes. Definitely not worth the money as I believe that there are other resorts which are much better maintained. Will not visit again.

Had a time of our lives. Went there June 2023 to celebrate my Wife birthday. Long trip to get there since you have to drive through different towns and villages to get there and driving between 60 and 80km/h. Before you get to the hotel you pass Bilene town. Hotel reception is welcoming. Rooms are welcoming , chose the deluxe room with a mini pool and lagoon view. A bit pricey but worth the price. Views are out of this world. Weather is always warm. White Sands , tropical area. Excellent meals especially the Chicken and Seafood. Lounge area okay not bad at all. Will definitely go back again.

We have just returned from an amazing week at beautiful Bilene. This beach resort is at an ideal location with the most gorgeous view of the lagoon. The resort has various accommodation options, we stayed at the 3 bedroom duplex as well as the 4 bedroom villa. The duplex is a lovely modern unit with great finishing touches that have everything that you will need. The downside to this unit is the walls of your neighbouring guests are paper thin and if you are as unfortunate as we were to have loud and inconsiderate holiday goers you can count on not getting any good night sleep here. We tried our luck, and there was availability at the villas. The villa is highly recommended if you enjoy your peace and quiet as well as your privacy. These villas are spacious, although outdated and in need of an upgrade. It has your own private plunge pool and fully fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher ;) The only reason this place gets a 3 star from me is the cleanliness of the bedding it is quite disgusting seeing the condition of the bed linen, badly stained and worn out. When I asked housekeeping to change the sheets, they just brought a different set worse than the previous all 3 times!!!! I eventually gave up as I could see that I was not going to win. There is no way to contact reception unless you are willing to drive out to them. I feel this really brings this resort down.

Very dreamy beach resort right on the lagoon, beautiful blues in the ocean, fantastic weather. Friendly staff, great management Mark and his team did a great job. I saw a gym there but that’s as far as that went 😂. Superb scenery and comfortable stay highly recommended 👙🏝️☀️ beach holiday.
