This is not as described, and you should be very careful before buying. The apartment is convienietly located but it wasn’t well signposted and therefore local taxi drivers couldn’t find it. There needs to be a clearer map for this location. The rooms were small in general but to be expected. The biggest problem was the beds. The sofa bed was torture to sleep on with metal railings poking through the flimsy mattress. The double bed was so soft you sank into it slowly and by the morning you couldn’t walk. The rooms were dirty, and aspects of the finish was just not right, skirting boards lose, picture frame bent, mould on bathroom door frame. The shower lacked pressure due to a lose fitting on the shower tap that leaked. The other major issue was the noise from the other apartments, no sound insulation I guess. All in all a very disappointing stay. Have tried to contact the company to complain, no reply.

While the hotel is in a fantastic location and the views of the Guggenheim are great my stay was not perfect. I ordered the 5€ breakfast for the 2 days I was there. On day 1 when it was not delivered I contacted the only reception via their app and was told they would need to check if I had touched the breakfast and, if not, they would get back to me. Hard to touch something that I didn’t get. I asked them to cancel the second day as I really only needed it the first. I have heard nothing back and am now having trouble teaching them through their app. The room, while clean and comfortable needs some repairs. The TV should allow access to casting but wasn’t enabled for the network. The bedroom in 103 is the moment you walk into the apwrmtnt and as such you hear the comings and goings of everyone in the hotel. If you’re a light sleeper then this might not be for you. If you’re short you may have trouble using the shower. The button to change the shower options is on the shower head itself - at nearly 7ft

Buena estancia. Cómoda, enfrente del museo y relativamente cerca del centro sin el bullicio que moleste. Cocina completa y cómoda. Camas muy cómodas. Sin contacto personal. En limpieza, puntuación sólo notable por algún fallo como cristales y alfombra baño.

El apartamento muy bien,lo único que huele un poco a humedad ,eso es debido a que creo que se pone la lavadora secadora,y se cierra enseguida....Luego el ruido FATAL😴ya que debajo teníamos un guinmasio y a las6:30habia ruido de pesas y entrenamiento...Luego se escucha a todo el mundo,vecinos de la derecha y la izquierda.....Lo tendrían que insonorizar mejor.Las vista muy bien y cerca de todo el centro...

Mi estancia en este apartamento fue simplemente extraordinaria, situado enfrente del Museo Guggenheim. Este acogedor y moderno apartamento ofrece todo lo que uno pueda necesitar para una estancia cómoda y memorable. Desde el momento en que entré, me quedé impresionada por la impecable limpieza y la elegante decoración. El espacio está inteligentemente diseñado, con una distribución que maximiza el uso del mismo sin sacrificar la comodidad.
