A special mention goes to Deepa at the reception, whose efficient check-in process and friendly demeanour made me feel instantly welcome. The hospitality throughout my stay was outstanding, and Nandini deserves heartfelt appreciation for ensuring everything was perfect. Her courteous nature and proactive approach truly reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. The dining experience was another highlight. Chef Prem crafted some of the most delicious dishes I’ve had, with flavors that were both authentic and beautifully presented. Alongside him, Sagar ensured impeccable service, making every meal enjoyable and comfortable.10 on 10 Service by Prem, Sagar and Nandini. "Its bad experience. Only washroom is clean partially. Rooms are bad and full of mosquitoes. Very old dirty bedsheet with holes. I requested white bedsheet but they said we dont have white bedsheets. Its clear they dont wash because they bought all dark colour bedsheets and its very dirty and with holes. Blanket also very dirty like we get in local bus. Used by many people. Thank god washroom was clean but not fully clean."
