"Its bad experience. Only washroom is clean partially. Rooms are bad and full of mosquitoes. Very old dirty bedsheet with holes. I requested white bedsheet but they said we dont have white bedsheets. Its clear they dont wash because they bought all dark colour bedsheets and its very dirty and with holes. Blanket also very dirty like we get in local bus. Used by many people. Thank god washroom was clean but not fully clean."

"I recently stayed at hotel pinaki and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel offers great amenities, comfortable rooms, and is located in a convenient spot. Everything was clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the housekeeping staff seemed a bit disinterested and lacking in enthusiasm. While they did their job, i believe their communication skills could be improved to make interactions more pleasant. A bit more warmth and engagement from them would really enhance the guest experience. Despite this, i enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel, hoping to see some improvement in this area."
