The hospitality throughout my stay was outstanding, and Nandini deserves heartfelt appreciation for ensuring everything was perfect. Her courteous nature and proactive approach truly reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. The dining experience was another highlight. Chef Prem crafted some of the most delicious dishes I’ve had, with flavors that were both authentic and beautifully presented. "I recently stayed at hotel pinaki and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel offers great amenities, comfortable rooms, and is located in a convenient spot. Everything was clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the housekeeping staff seemed a bit disinterested and lacking in enthusiasm. While they did their job, i believe their communication skills could be improved to make interactions more pleasant. A bit more warmth and engagement from them would really enhance the guest experience. Despite this, i enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel, hoping to see some improvement in this area."
