The hotel is new! The rooms are large. Everything is compact and convenient! The staff is responsive and friendly!

This is a truly wonderful hotel. The team, led me M Charles Siraut, is just brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble, everything is done with a smile, the hotel is stunning, perfectly located, unbelievably peaceful, excellent value and the perfect escape from the real world. As someone who has travelled to more than 100 countries and stayed in every level of hotel (including bomb damaged shells in Liberia!), this is truly one of the best I've ever stated. Can't recommend this lovely place enough.

This boutique hotel is a gem in Biarritz. A great location close to the Phare de Biarritz with beautiful views on the city. The hotel has great trendy vibes but also the comfort of a place where you feel at home. The entire team was so professional and friendly. They made every effort to make our stay perfect! Thank you.

The hotel is beautiful and service was excellent until I left… About 10 minutes later, I received a call from a lady ACCUSING me, (not asking), of taking two bottles of shampoo from the room. The lady told me those were not meant to be taken, and the hotel sells them for 90 euros. I was furious but I just told her that I would be back because that was not true!! I did, and I told the receptionist that I was looking for an apology from the lady that made the accusation. She asked me if I did take those bottles…???? I replied, OF COURSE NOT!! I do not have the need and specially it does not make any sense after staying in such a nice hotel. I also described her exactly each one of the items in the bathroom and that I found bizarre they did not supply shampoo and conditioner, anyway, I always carry mine. She replied…well, if you say so, then we apology…. She left me with the feeling of not believing me. So sad, they should be looking to their employees, not the guests. I would have given a 5 star rate but not after such a bad experience.

Really nice location and all the equipment to enjoy your stay with your kids (chauffe biberon, baignoire, peluche, lit à barreaux avec vrai matelas, couverture polaire, table à langer avec serviettes). We have really appreciated the staff and the room

Amazing hotel, really stylish. Friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous pool area. Amazing breakfast. And proper lattes at breakfast! Only weird thing was getting a bottle of hand soap as hair and body wash in the shower. I did question it with reception but was assured it was a head-to-toe wash - even though it quite clearly stated it was hand wash on the bottle! A very minor gripe though in an otherwise perfect stay.

The hotel is very nice. Room was clean and well designed. The breakfast was also very good. The staff was helpful and friendly. The one thing which wasn't perfect was good in the Restaurant in the evening. It was too fatty. We really enjoyed the swimming pool. Biarritz is Perfect for Holiday!

Overall nice small hotel with a close location to Biarritz city center and the beach. Very tasteful deco. The bed was good but I missed having down pillows. The AC did a good job. The staff is super friendly and very helpful.
