"Overall, it was a good experience. It was conveniently located, within walking distance of the River Walk and the San Anthony Cathedral light show. I also visited the Battle of the Alamo and the 18th-century Spanish Mission historical site – all very nice! 👍 The hotel parking was a bit of a mess. The parking spaces along the wall next to the hotel are for Platinum members, and the road in front of the hotel is a one-way street. After one traffic light, the parking spaces for regular customers are next to a Domino's fast food restaurant on the right. Parking along the wall will get you a ticket from the police."

"The location is awful! The write up indicates that it is much closer to downtown than it is. The exterior is unkept and dreary. The price advertised was misleading and several additional charges were added upon check in, including a parking charge for a dirty and non secure lot. The room itself was very hot, as the air had not been turned on, even though we had reservations (Texas in the summer!!) room was on the second floor with no elevator available. Only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one, is the room itself was updated and appears clean. We planned a four night stay, but cancelled the other 3 (spent one night because we were going to be charged anyway) I do not recommend!"
