This place is not for tourists. They charge and charge just to get bad customer service. We had a question about fees we were already charged for and we got yelled at. Do not recommend.

We book a king-size bed but we were put into two single bed. It was a nightmare to sleep.

Nice hotel on the river.. we have a room on the street side.. so its little bit noisy from the cars.. hotel it’s very clean.. Bed it’s not so comfortable because it’s 2 bed in one .. really uncomfortable to sleep .. they move all time .. in Bathroom it’s just a shower gel . There is a Tv.

Der Boden war nicht gewischt , der Duschvorhang ist total vergilbt, die Toilettenspülung war defekt bzw. lief nicht immer mit Wasser voll.

By far one of the WORST Hotel I have been on latest many years. Poor service, horrible Breakfast, all around very dirty, Internet not working. Much better options just few meters on same road.. Forget this one.. Breakfast is a total disaster, disgusting location very messy and dirty..

Our Second booking here- Very close to train- buses few feet away on same street- two staff members super nice & helpful, a blond lady & a guy short hair (loves music) they were so helpful in giving directions & so much patience- no problems with our room- Easy access for my disabled Mother- thank you so much for hassle free stay- definitely will stay here again

A good value. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel is very conveniently located to trams, buses, and the airport. Köpenick is a quaint, charming historic area, and I was glad we chose this location over another more modern, bustling part of Berlin. Plenty of nearby cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and a brewhouse, and easy to get to other parts of the city on public transport.
