首先要注意，這個酒店距離柏林動物園近，但不是有大熊貓的那個動物園。我就是定錯了，後來才知道柏林有兩個動物園，有大熊貓的那個在市中心。 酒店設施比較老，酒店出來往右拐走路5分鐘，有幾個超市。 uber打車去機場50歐元。

這家百樂酒店地理位置優越，評分還可以，第一次入住，感覺不錯，交通很方便，服務也還可以，推薦這家酒店！

Really good Business Hotel. Not a place to party in Berlin but good location and facilities. Helpful staff. Didn’t have time for breakfast this time but will hopefully try next time.

Temiz bir oteldi. Çevresi sakin ve nezih bir yerdi. U bahn a çok yakındı, rahatlıkla gideceğimiz yerlere ulaştık.

The room was very large. Hotel is a short walk to line 5 Ubahn. There is a grocery store nearby and a small restaurant. They have both a soda and beer vending machine for reasonable prices. Breakfast was good, although very crowded after 8:30 Saturday.

The only really minus was the not stabil internet connection. They are really kindly and try to help where ever it is possible.

No AC, very hot in August. Shower door leaked to the floor. No refrigerator or microwave. The room itself was lovely.

Very helpful staff also friendly. Ideal location to travel in and around Berlin if you wish to sightsee. The food was of a high standard.Rooms and hotel overall extremely clean and spacious.Reception staff wonderful and nothing was too much trouble.I would definitely stay here again and more than happy to recommend this hotel.

The hotel just a standard,no air-con in room, when summer time you won`t get sleep.

Good for business or team meetings... not cosy

Positive: Suite spacious, light, good lighting for reading, modern bathroom. Modern style. Breakfast buffet quite good, lots of variety. Negative: Frequently lost WiFi connection in room. Room had no safe or mini-bar or fridge to keep cold beverages. Dining room closed every night I was there, which was very inconvenient. There are no good restaurants nearby, only a pretty basic pub. One night had to take tram to nearest decent one; another was suggested to order takeout from a pizza place. Location pretty far from center of town. Was close to where I was visiting, and to zoo, but otherwise fairly isolated. But close to subway into town.
