It’s amazing hotel they have good hospitality specially Mr. Aymen House keeping very good All staff I meet they are gentle Internet very fast also food very delicious so I’m advice all my friends to come to this hotel It’s suitable place for conferences

I booked this hotel twice. But their reservation staff is very very rude. A five-star hotel has no right to say that a guest is not allowed to visit you. This is really disrespectful to hotel guests. I have traveled to over 12 countries and this was the first hotel that disrespected me like this. I told them why they are not allowed to answer correctly. And this hotel is far from the city center. As a person who goes to 5-star hotels, I do not recommend this hotel at all. They are very rude and uncultured

Very nice experience the staff and food was very good friendly staff , really liked everything in this hotel, i want to visit to this hotel again front office team were very sweet especially Ms.Tanya And sandi and honestly they are the best .

Very kind worker's the guy on the recpshion Ahmed,bodyguard and the cleaner Very comfortable bed and very clean Everyday change the sheet And the tawls👌👍 Breakfast different dishes and very delicious 😋 Specially the tea ☕️ Near the hotel there is supermarket,rustrand,laundry and pharmacy

I stayed this hotel more than 15 days and enjoyed of service and kind staff. Everything is good The perfect level is 4th and the most beautiful views from room 410 The breakfast is perfect and so many kind of food and soup and fresh fruit available

It's practical. Clean. You will need to take taxi's everywhere but that's normal for Erbil. Good sized rooms, nice breakfast. Excellent staff at every level. Pool, Spa, and good room service, even after midnight! Excellent hotel security as well. On a busy road so you can hear the traffic, but after 10pm it gets very quiet. Some noise sometimes from the restaurant below outside.
