Top Lage, sehr schönes Hotel, sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer.

Nos encantó el bufé de desayuno porque era variado y muy rico. Además tienen amenitys con las que reciben. La habitación era espaciosa y los baños están totalmente acondicionados con todo lo necesario desde acondicionador y crema de baño hasta secador de pelo. También nos sorprendió gratamente la calidad de la cama. En resumen un gran hotel desde el que disfrutar de la ciudad de Berlín. Muy recomendable

Das NH Hotel war wirklich hervorragend. Die Rezeption war stehts besetzt und das Personal war super freundlich! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, außerdem hatten wir ein tolles Badezimmer. Gerne wieder!

War alles super! Die Einrichtung könnte etwas moderner sein aber der Service und der Standort sind super, besonders für den Preis.

Booked a short break through BA for my husband and I. Great staff, very efficient. We didn't have breakfast in hotel so can't comment on that but enjoyed a drink at the bar! Only gripe about this lovely hotel are the pillows. If you need any support at all while you sleep....bring your own pillow. The hollowfibre pillows were awful. I had to roll up towels to support my neck but still woke with neck ache every morning. If you don't need support in bed...this is a lovely little hotel.

Great hotel. The lady who checked us in was great, very friendly and informative about the hotel and offering assistance and information about Berlin if we needed it and I would have felt very happy to ask. The room was perfect for our 3 night stay, all the amenities you need for this type of holiday and there is a tea and coffee tray. The hotels is in a great location to be able to walk to some of the major points of interest and also easily accessible by public transport. We found all of the staff members we came into contact with friendly and the hotel was very clean in all areas. They also have a very nice incentive for those who do not have their room cleaned every day in their efforts to be more environmentally friendly. We would definitely return and recommend.

Great hotel! Clean, friendly staff. If you’re not necessarily looking for luxury but happy with a comfortable bed and interior that looks a bit premium then I think this hotel is perfect. I had the breakfast, standard but satisfying. You won’t be disappointed.

Hotel is in a good central location and basic rooms for what you pay! Wouldn’t say it was a 4 star hotel but it does the job and we have been here a couple of times now! However, never again the service we received from one member of staff at reception has left a sour taste in our mouths! The micro aggression, the sheer misery she showed in serving customers or just putting a smile on her face! There was a group of 10 of us that came back to the hotel to have some drinks after a bitterly cold day. One of the group went up to order the drinks, however she wanted all of us to go up there individually. When asked why she wanted us to do that she shouted with a glare this bar is self service. We didn’t ask her to come to the table, one of the group was up their ordering. She hesitantly took our drink order with a lot of moaning telling us that this bar isn’t set up to serve this amount of people! When she finally served our drinks. She told my friend she would have to wait to get the bill aggressively as she needed to be on reception (there were no other guests at this point). We then decided to have another drink. However, the slamming down of things, telling us there was no glasses for a drinks. My friend said there was no need to be slamming things down which she didn’t like and then starting speaking in German under her breath. The final straw was when I went over to get some of the “free” sweets they have out at reception she followed me to see what I was doing like a was a criminal for wanting some sweets. On my way up to bed, I asked her if her manager would be in tomorrow and what time. The attitude I then got was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. She will be in tomorrow when you check out no I won’t give you her name it will be on her name badge tomorrow. I then had enough with her attitude and finger pointing. I finally asked for the managers email address and she slammed her business card on the table. She then proceeding to call me a liar and I asked for table service which we never did. One person went up to order and was putting it on their room. At no point did we want her to come and serve us. She wasn’t a happy, friendly lady and maybe should look for another career outside hospitality as customer service and guests are not a strong point of hers! I left to go up to my room after sending an email to the manager and she again mutter under her breath and moaned that she had to collect glasses of the table! We come to Berlin every year and we have stayed here before but I won’t again after this experience. She did not like us and I am not sure if that was because we were English but my whole group felt extremely disrespected by this lady!

The hotel was in a great location. Staff were lovely, helpful and very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. However, we will not be going back to this hotel! Reason? The bathroom door is opaque glass. When using the bathroom it is necessary to turn on the light. There is a mirror opposite the bathroom door meaning the toilet, and anyone using it, can be seen very clearly in the mirror! Why??????

Would definitely strongly recommend this hotel. Lovely comfortable beds and quiet relaxing room with fabulous facilities. Food at breakfast was more than varied and delicious. Great location, supermarkets & eateries within distance and main attractions not too a walkable far away. Staff were friendly and helpful & couldn’t have done more to make our stay enjoyable. It was a significant birthday when we stayed & as a wonderful surprise we had our room upgraded and a champagne breakfast with special treats. How special & much appreciated! Thank you NH Berlin Potsdamer Platz!

This is our second visit to this wonderfully quiet and welcoming hotel. Staff excellent, as is location.
